Nicely kept on the outside, big parking lot. Friendly staff and easy check in. There was a lounge with coffee and a workout room. Our room was basic but clean, comfortable beds and enough space. Hotel was quiet at night and breakfast in the morning was good. The convenience store on the same property was handy.

Slightly expensive for what you get, you pay for it being close to The Gorge for sure.

The location was perfect not too far from our family house. The gentlemen who was the receptionist in the evening was wonderful.

The receptionist was rude, the female one, when advised there was no more orange juice she said oh well. She was on her phone every time we went up to the front desk. She just wasn’t personable. Seemed little annoyed with some questions we asked or other family members would ask

The breakfast was very lackluster and the desk attendants were less than friendly. But, the housekeeping staff was excellent and although aged, the motel was extremely clean, smelled nice and was obviously taken care of very well.

The breakfast wasn't that great and the desk staff seemed like we were bothering them when we needed anything.

The older building is clean and comfortable. They are smart to have a small convenience store on site. The breakfast was wonderful!. Staff was helpful with changing my reservation and clearing up my error.

The bed was the most comfortable I've had in a while. My room was clean and spacious.

Was told there was free wifi but it wouldn't connect with the right channel and password.

Breakfast was good and even better than i had expected. Rooms were freshly and throughly cleaned upon arrival with carpets even being shampooed. Lots of storage for belongings. Quite. No trouble makers hanging out in the lobbys or parking lots. Felt safe and was satisfied.

Girl working the counter upon arrival was not very welcoming. She just stared at me because she obviously assumed i read the sign that stated 'no vacancies' but i already had a reservation 6 months in advance. I just think she could have greeted me instead of look at me like I'm an idiot until i addressed her and told her i had a reservation.
