The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The Sales Manager Paul was very welcoming at breakfast. The hotel was clean and had a modern feel to it - even in downtown Wenatchee. The beds were comfortable and sufficient parking. It was a quiet location even on the main road.

The breakfast was just okay. Any hot items were in a bag that you had to microwave (didn't try them because I didn't have a good experience at another hotel with those). The rest of the selections were good - although, it would be nice to have tongs for the bagels... I didn't get one because of that. The room was a bit small if you are going to stay longer than a couple of days, but it met our needs.

This was a fantastic stay! New property, exceptionally clean with a friendly staff. The gym / fitness area was one of the main items I was looking for during my stay and it was a phenomenal area of the facility. The downstairs breakfast worked well to grab a bite heading out the door, and the common kitchen area worked well to service all clients. The room was comfortable and provided all the amenities and functionality I needed for this business trip. I will plan on staying here again - a great hotel!

The breakfast was better than expected and we enjoyed the offerings. The cleanliness was a huge factor for us with things well arranged and convenient. I enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and the chioce of amenities in the bath and shower was especially nice.

It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating in the room. One small desk chair was not really enough for two people to be comfortable and we do not enjoy lounging on a bed. The small refrigerator seemed loose in its place and one of the soap dispensers in the bathroom shower was not working properly.

the fire alarm went off, the emergency lights did not work. so if the building would of been filled with smoke we would not of found the staircases down. and the main entrance was located street side where it is not handy for check-in. Also, the person manning the check-in desk was not sure how to check us in because the booking company had already pulled our money and paid them.

The room was very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was clean roomy and with full amenities.

The shower should have a bigger edge down so water would not spill outside the shower onto the toilet and sink area.

Clean; comfortable bed; great aircon/heat system. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Front desk is very friendly.

Rooms are VERY SMALL! And there's no carpet. I prefer a carpet to getting towel down on the floor to do my morning exerises.

Wanted to watch a show on CBS. They have Dish Network and apparently they're having a beef with CBS. Couldn't watch my show. Personal quirk, I don't like showering with liquid soap. One tiny bar of soap would've made me happy.

New hotel- easy to find and easy access from the main drag.

Not bad- but these are boutique rooms which are about half the size of a traditional hotel room. It works and the space is efficient, just don’t be surprised at the small space.

Very clean - loved not having carpet in the room. Also - the coffee machine downstairs was the best coffee ever - grinds beans for individual cups and was always available.

Breakfast is good, staff is friendly. Pool is a bonus except it’s a little too cold for us during winter time. But we enjoyed the spa pool.

Breakfast time was a little crowded, and food runs low if you were a little late
