we loved the buffet all delicious and the price is so good so worth it so yummy the cod fillet, the cakes and our room with big balcony facing the lake and seeing autumn leaves in front while i do my zoom calls such amazing big bed and so pet friendly. My Pomski baby enjoyed it so much with me and my hubby and so spacious lounge and the airport shuttle is precious, the drive who took us to airport is so kind i even gave a nice tip for helping me with my precious luggages! We will be back when I fly next year to various destinations and told my friends family about it through my blogs and social media. Love you guys! P.S the boutique store with a filipina lady seller so lovely and kind and bought many shades so fancy items! She will also make me come back again! A gem a nice relaxing hotel before you go on that long flights.

Loved the elevators and the breakfast was amazing, fast, and nutritional. The staff was very hospitality and was enjoyable. Even the restaurant staff was very helpful and attention to for my needs. Guest service staff was amazing and helpful to assist my needs.

I loved the elevators and the customer service from the helpful staff members. The long distance from main reception area was a bit problematic since I have knee replacement. No paper or pens available for use and there was not a Bible in the room. There was the hotel light outside my room window, which was shined through the drapes, causing sleeping disturbance. This caused me to check out early, especially i wasn't able to sleep properly.

In-house restaurant and bar, (good food!) coffee station in main lobby in am, gift shop, friendly staff, shuttle to airport.

In order to connect to the hotels WiFi, I was supposed to provide personal information ( name, address, email, phone number) so that Doubletree/Hilton could use and sell my personal information to 3rd parties. And it was in small print, so unless someone read the terms and conditions carefully, they’d never know. I never connected to the WiFi for that reason. First hotel I’ve ever been in that does that. Kind of an Underhanded thing to do to paying guests.

the bed wasn't comfy enough because I was itchy the whole time I sleep on it. I wasn't sure if there were bed bugs in the bed or on the bed sheets. I am not sure if the cleaning grew ever changed the bed sheets for the new customer to come in. Over all I like the hotel the scenery and the bathroom is clean and the room space is awesome. Thank you for having me! looking forward to stay with DoubleTree again.

My recent hotel stay was a delightful blend of comfort, safety, and serenity. The room's plush bed and attentive staff made it incredibly comfortable. The thorough enforcement of safety measures instilled a sense of security, allowing me to relax fully. Furthermore, the quiet ambiance ensured a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel left me with wonderful memories and a desire to return.

I wished there was a fridge in my hotel room, as I had brought some snacks and beverages I wanted to keep chilled during my stay. Sadly, I had to throw out some really good food. It would have added a practical touch to my otherwise comfortable stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was like stepping back into a glamorous 1980s film; cabin crew coming in and out, people sitting at the bar drinking cocktails - so much fun. So many original features of the hotel remain such as the golden elevator doors and the great bar. The children loved the little pool and generous portions at dinner and breakfast.

I should have opted for a mountain view room rather than an airport view.

This place is massive. So that provides two things when you’re next to an airport: availability and quiet. I loved the fact that there were so many rooms available when we were stranded feeling helpless last week with the United airlines fiasco. The staff is incredibly kind and super helpful. We had an issue with our room and booking and the front desk staff made arrangements immediately to help rectify everything. The breakfast was also superior with an amazing buffet. The coffee at the Starbucks (in the lobby) was quite satisfying! Also to note? They have MULTIPLE gyms - so you can use whatever is most convenient!

I will say it is definitely off putting that entering a room and seeing hair/nail clippings in the shower, but it was fine, we were immediately moved to a new room and they made sure everything was okay before they left. I was a bit disappointed that our TV didn’t work at all - no reception for any channel. I did notify the front desk about it, but I don’t think they had time during the day to get it sorted out - not a huge deal though - I wasn’t there to watch tv!

Dining room buffet had a variety of food options. Food staff was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable. As a solo traveler I would stay at this location in the future. Check-in and check-out process was uncomplicated.

I'm a non-smoker but was able to smell cigarette smoke through the air vents. The key card rarely worked when leaving the parking lot. Thankfully, there was a help button located on the pad which allowed me to speak with someone. Staff opened the gate once I provided my name and room number. No microwave in room.

The airport is right across the street. We live in Kent, and we booked a one night stay-cation to do a little plane spotting. It was perfect.

I have visited this hotel many times since the 80s. It is a shame to see how time has changed it. Believe me, it is still a good stay, but on a much smaller scale. I'm guessing that due to covid and cost cutting measures, it is less. The cookies are still heavenly but much smaller. The food is still splendid, but the restaurants are limited. We had fun, and I still have my memories.

Great airport location, wonderful pool, nice spacious rooms, helpful staff.

Parking -- should be free for hotel guests like most hotels (parking for extended periods due to airport travel is one thing, parking for the night because you're staying at the hotel should be free of charge, otherwise it might as well be incorporated into the price of the hotel room).
