Regular breakfast options plus special items like Spinach Cheese frittatas (great), or quinoa & kale egg white (not tried) were offered. Appreciated coffee 24/7. Very informative list of area restaurants and delivery area served … staff helped send us in the correct direction. The quick 4 block walk puts you at the Space Needle sites. The MoPOP is well worth a stroll covering music/culture from Seattle Grunge to Hendrix to Nirvana to Science Fiction icons to Fantasy info (Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, D&D) … and take the monorail to a 5 block walk to Pike’s Market. The location is perfect.

Breakfast is very busy and crowded. The waffle machines got a workout. Staff kept replacing the eggs (cage free scrambled) and other regular buffet items. Inconsiderate guests leaving tables quite messy didn’t help newer arrivals from readily finding places to eat. When alerted, staff quickly cleared tables. Only real complaint was the info card given to us on arrival. There was just too much on the card … and the contrast of black type against deeper blue made reading the info difficult. The size of the card was equal to about half a playing card. Our older eyes need better contrast and larger type, or at least a line space between info subjects

The staff was wonderful, and even was able to accommodate me arriving a little early on the day of check-in. The hotel is centrally located, giving easy access to downtown Seattle and the convention center. It is also right next to the Space Needle, and some of the rooms even have a great view of it.

The location really is everything for this hotel! A couple blocks from the space needle was ideal. We highly recommend going to Portage Bay for breakfast which is also within walking distance! Seattle is such a walkable city and this hotel really was everything proximity wise. If we were going somewhere just outside walking distance we love to use the lime/bird scooters that were always parked right out front of the hotel. This area was safe with minimal unhoused population surrounding this area. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable and I wouldn't recommend it enough! We would absolutely stay here again. Very grateful for an option for non-underground parking as we have a tall vehicle as well.

Nothing we didn't like! Noticed there are a lot of kids sports teams that stayed here, but that didn't bother our group and they were quiet and respectful!

My stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Downtown Seattle was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to major attractions and dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I felt welcome throughout my visit. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, with plenty of variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seattle

The location was perfect, close to most tourist attractions. The room was clean, and breakfast was great. The room included a coffee machine and an iron. There’s also a gym in the hotel if you feel like exercising.

I didn’t like that the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. It wasn’t a big deal, but I would have preferred it to be inside. The lighting could also be improved. It was a bit dark even with all the lights on.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day and the room amenities (microwave, coffee maker and fridge) are very useful.

Unfortunately the breakfast does not offer many options and every morning it is very crowded, the breakfast room and the buffet being quite small for such a large hotel. The fridge in the room would have been even more useful if it only cooled and didn't freeze the food.

The continental breakfast was constantly stocked and clean. The front desk staff was always very nice and helpful. The location is close to many tourist areas, and if you are up for a walk you can walk to Pikes Market ans Pioneer Square as well.

The pillows were a little flat and the bed a little hard for my liking but not the worst I have had. The bathroom needs a fan, the door closed on its own and it would get so humid in there after showers, we had to prop it open to air out.

This is a very nice hotel. Loved the view of the Space Needle from my room. I liked the water in the lobby. A shout out to the gentleman working the check in counter who went out of his way to get more water in the lobby area for us when they ran out. The staff were all very kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast. There was a parking fee, but happy they had parking on site. Located within walking distance to the Space Needle and other attractions.

When we arrived they gave us our room key and sent us to the room. We were put in a studio when we booked and paid for a buisness suite. After calling down we were assured we were in the right room but we knew we were not. After my husband went down stairs it took 3 employees to figure it out and they finally agreed to put us in a buisness suite since thats what we booked. They proceded to put us in a handicapped buisness suite not sure if this was the only one available but its was clean and nice. Staff should not tell people they assure you are in the right room without actually knowing it is. We are not argumentative we just wanted what we paid for.

Great location, and we really enjoyed the fruit infused water available in the lobby. We were also grateful that breakfast was included. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

The floor aren’t soundproof AT ALL, so we were woken by the sounds of people stomping around above us. Whoever constructed this building cheaped out, there’s no sound proofing! And the elevators are slow. We usually had to wait several minutes to get on.
