Nice cup of hot coffee in the am! The place is being redone and really what they have done so far is wonderful! The price was great and they even accommodated my dog when their pet policy changed to not allow pets. I was grateful for that! Loved the slippers they left for our use as well!

For some reason there was a room next to ours where the occupants must have left the TV on all night and it was very loud. We should of called front desk but thought it would get turned off soon??

I rarely comment but I have to share this place. We travel many times a year, this hotel stands out to me. It has everything you want in a hotel, You won't be disappointed. Clean,, comfort, no smelly odor, beautiful atmosphere, nicely decorated, it was truly home away from. A fancy place without the crazy price tag.

There was nothing to like, it was home away from home, comfortable, exceptionally clean.

Plenty of room and close to the area we were frequenting. Would rebook if our travels take us back to the Elkins area!

However the tv reception was awful. Picture was fuzzy and was told that sometimes wiggling the cable around helped. Not that we were there to watch tv but when you are ready to relax it is helpful.

Loved everything. Spacious rooms, newly renovated. All new fittings. It was excellent. Great staff, very helpful lobby open 24*7. (writing like this so you know that I m not a bot)

The approach road could be a bit better. The outside of the hotel doesn't justify the exceptional interiors for the price.

Breakfast hadn't started at that location yet. I kind of felt like we needed a little discount because of that. I hadn't planned on having to buy breakfast.

The old AC units were spitting out wasp nest pieces in the floor and on the couch. The mattresses were kind of hard but ok for a night or two.

It has recently been remodeled and modernized. The owners did an excellent job, giving a lot of thought to the details making it a very comfortable stay.

I drove by it the first time due to lack of signage but can see they have a new road sign that isn’t up yet but sure it will be soon.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially casey. They are remodeling the entire place. Our room was so nice and everything brand new. Putting in a huge pool. Ill be back for that. We went to see blackwater falls. Excellent. I would definitely stay again

The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check-in staff was nice. Free snacks in room.

They are undergoing renovations. So the hallways were being worked on and the pool was closed. That said, our room was fantastic. I think this will be a very nice stay when renos are completed.

Newly renovation. Clean room and friendly staffs. Room is spacious with modern decoration.

Nothing except the fire or smoke alarm in our next door room went off around 5am in the morning. But the receptionist was responsive and it got resolved quickly.

it looked like an older style hotel from the outside bot it was very clean. when we got in our room we were very surprised on how modern and beautiful it was we would definitely stay there again if we were in town.
