the staff was absolutely wonderful; at the reception desk, in the restaurant, during breakfast, their hospitality was exceptional. However, my door lock did not work (it was fixed upon my letting them know), the shower stall was not as clean as it could be, and the bathroom door did not stay open; I had to prop it open with the wastebasket.

The rooms were quiet and the beds were really comfy. The staff were all exceptional. It's way more upscale than I'm used to. We didn't have time to check out all the amenities this hotel had to offer. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

A heavier blanket would have been nice, but that's just personal preference. The room was plenty warm. We didn't realize that to park our own car we would have to park on the street. Not sure if that is a problem with the listing on Booking.com or the hotels end. We did see that parking was going to be paid not free before we got there.

The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The extra pillows for each bed was wonderful. The size of the room is good. The booking was easy and the price was good on Booking.com

The parking situation is not great. Also, the end table had coffee stains and the floor seemed sticky. Finally, the shower needs to have larger, printed directions so seniors can easily see the directions. My mother was in her own room and never figured out how to get a shower in her room. The toilet's sound when flushing is way too noisy.

The location was great. it is downtown and in walking distance to many thigs to do. The staff was very attentive and my room was large and clean. This is a super quiet location as after 9 pm the town rolls up the sidewalks and there is no traffic or resulting noise. Note the is it an older property and part are being rmodeled.

A Double tree with no cookies? The breakfest is more basic than your standard Hampton Inn, so be aware. At $14.00 a meal you can eat in many local place and have a better selection. Parking is on the street unless you pay a $14.00 daily parking fee. Seems to be a theme.

We came in for the marathon right as the visiting football team was leaving, so we could tell the room had been cleaned in a rush, but everyone responded politely to our requests and they did a great job satisfying our requests. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location - close to the Marshall Stadium, with many walkable food options nearby.

They did not have us booked with booking .com We had booked through you a king room with a sofa /bed. They were very busy. We arrived around 5:45. They did not have us booked. Nothing from booking . com. We had a print out from you with our name and type of reservation and date but they said you did not book it We lucked out and got a double queen room. I think they over booked and gave our room to someone else Other than that everything else was very good

Everything was great from check-in to check-out between the staff, valet, and room expectations for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. They even gave us complimentary bottled water and a cookie! Valet parking was simple and well done, and the room was of great quality other than the water temperature available.

There was no hot water the entire stay. Temperatures dropped to 0 degrees so there's a good chance that had something to do with it. Breakfast was good but could've been better quality for the price. It was similar in quality to most continental breakfasts at most hotels.

I do not eat breakfast. It was not included in my room rate. Which was fine. I travel for work a great deal. There is usually complemetary water in the room. I just thought that was funny that there is a charge if you are not a paid membership with the hotel. Anything for a dollar these days.

Wicked bright light from the parking garage that came through the blinds and kept disrupting my sleep. Thin walls where I could even hear the people next door close their blinds and I thought it was in our room. Tub was not the greatest condition.

The cookies were AMAZING! The front desk lady was kind, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy.

There were no microwaves in the rooms go heat up my supper and although there was a restaurant in the facility, there was no continental breakfast to grab before I left for work.
