Great hotel-what you would expect from a Country Inn. Our room (King 1-bedroom suite) was clean and spacious. Check in and out was seamless. Decent breakfast, with waffle makers, eggs, and sausage plus the typical cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, juice, and coffee.

Our stay was Friday to Sunday, and we had planned to use the hot tub on Saturday, but the hot tub was closed that day for routine maintenance. I thought it was odd to close the hot tub on the busiest day of the week. Why not do the routine maintenance on a Tuesday instead of on the weekend? But overall a great stay.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was good, even though it was the same food both days, scrambled eggs and sausage (bacon instead of sausage would be nice, and maybe potatoes), waffles, breads, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit...There was always someone there making sure the food didnt run out and was hot, and they kept the tables clean. With a lot of hotels taking away the breakfast, yet keeping the rates the same, it was nice to have full options. They were attentive.

I can't say there was anything we didn't like.

The hotel was very clean. The room was huge and the bathroom was large as well. Location was great. The day we got there the girl at the front desk, Sarah, was super friendly. We were hoping to check in early. We arrived early, I went in to ask if this was possible and she informed me there were no rooms ready but offered to take my number and call me as soon as our room was ready. It was less than and hour before she called. When we got there she remembered my name, and was so friendly and informative. Wish all people were like her!

The room above us had kids pounding on the floor like they were at a gymnastic center with no floor mats until almost 1 in the morning. So the sound proofing was not enough. And it started from the time we arrived until about 1 in the morning. Luckily we were only there for 1 night.

The location was easy to find from the highway, and easy to get from there to sights around Milwaukee. The breakfast was okay, better than nothing. The waffle makers were the best option. There is a restaurant, Champs, that was located extremely close to the property which was great if you did not want to travel far for your meal.

Everything was good. We did not use the pool area or the outdoor fire pit, although we did see those.

The breakfast was great. The are was kept so clean and tidy. The pool are was big and had very nice table and chairs. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff was sooo nice, helpful and friendly!

The pillows were sooo flat! I didn’t sleep well either night. The pool must have gotten a chlorine treatment during our stay so that evening the kids were unable to swim for long because they were coughing and having a hard time breathing. We could also smell weed coming from at least 2 rooms.

the housekeeper knocking on door the morning after we checked in when we had do not disturb sign up and then the next day when we took some items down and when returning to room to get more the housekeeper had our door propped open we still had stuff in the room and the do not disturb up and hadn’t replied to the out verification yet we still had 2 hours before check out even

Comfy bed and fluffy pillows. Check in staff was very sweet. Pool and ho tubl were very clean...no strong chemical smell. Nice breakfast and strong coffee. Check out time was 12 o'clock.

Scrambled eggs at breakfast were like rubber. Called to check out from the room around 11:30 am. And then gathered our bags and left. Got a call an hour later asking if we were staying another night bc the manager told the front desk someone was still in our room. Found this odd🤷‍♀️

I would have given you a very high rating all around were it not for my registration experience. All I can assume is that the woman checking me in was having a really bad day. She was flat out rude telling me I had no reservation. I had made my reservation with Booking,com and showed her an email showing it was set up. She also had my license and credit card in front of her. Was told to go call and cancel my reservation and she would then get a room. Spent a half hour trying to reach someone who could help to be told I did have a reservation. Upon reentering the hotel, I ignored the first employee and a different employee found me immediately in your system. First rude employee claimed she searched under "C"....my middle initial not under "S" , the first letter of my last name. No apology, just went on and on about it. Any other employee I met were more than polite and welcoming.

First stay at your hotel...it is lovely. Room was very welcoming and clean.

The suite was spacious and roomy. The couch and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a nice variety. The location is great as its only a few miles from the zoo and close to many restaurants and stores.

The room wasn't as clean as i would have hoped. The mirror and walls were kind of gross with make up smudges and splatter.

Location was perfect for attending a Brewer game! We were able to get in early for the checking in. Breakfast options were great!

The gentleman, although friendly at check in, did not seem as knowledgeable about the process, and it took a longer period of time than those with another gal checking individuals in.
