The breakfast was pretty good. This first hotel that serves grape, orange and apple juice in the morning. That's a great touch. The rooms were nice size. Staff was friendly and the hot tub was awesome.

I didn't get the room I booked. Also the room they originally put me in had a terrible odor in it. It was the natural gas smell from the room next door to mine. Which was supposed to be my room in the first place. But the staff accommodated me right away and put me in a different room. So I was thankful for that.

I always plan my trips to allow for relaxation. I was very pleased with how peaceful the atmosphere was. There was always staff present but they allowed you to roam freely without treating you like you were being watched or shouldn't be around the commons area

This is the only thing I can say- the hot beverages were lukewarm as well as the eggs and items in the buffet part of the breakfast but there was a microwave to heat them up

Breakfast was above average: eggs, which can be wet or mushy, were excellent! Eating area was clean - and kept clean by staff throughout the breakfast period. Good choice of fruit. Room was a perfect size. Air-conditioning worked well & was easy to set. Staff were kind, helpful & accessible. Jennifer was especially pleasant & helpful. The parking lot was well-lit.

The location is great, maybe only a minute or two from Main st. In Hartford. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We had a small issue with our tv initially not working, but the staff were quick and efficient in fixing the issue and were very happy with their quick resolution.

The staff was very nice. The room was nice could use a freshening up a little, but was good. The breakfast was good and a surprise was they used real plates and silverware. A nice touch. Eggs, Sausage, pancakes, fruits, coffee, tea, toast, juices, and yogurt.

Exceptionally clean. Bathroom was without a flaw. The hotel area and our room had a level of shine that demonstrated to me that someone really cares about managing this place! Breakfast was adequate, and area was checked regularly.

The friendly staff, clean facility, great breakfast offerings. Felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were quiet around us. The pool area was immaculate.

Our television had lines going thru it in 2 spots. Part of the carpet had been cut and pieces placed w/out being secured well.

The location was conveniently close to restaurants and was easily accessible from nearby highways. There included breakfast was good.

Housekeeping was only every three days. Overall the facility was clean but not as clean as at other similar hotels

Very cozy and clean. They offer a very nice continental breakfast. The rooms were very clean and well-kept. The desk associates were very helpful.

Unfortunately, during our stay, the hot tub was down for repairs.

Location was excellent Breakfast was one of the best very pleased with the breakfast. They were very welcoming to our 2 little pets.

the room was a handicapped room which I did not realize. The showers are different and not much pressure. There was also an odor in the room it smelled like a dirty drain in the bathroom or shower. The bed leaned to the left?
