Staff was professional, friendly and responsive! Location is great -- less than 10 minutes from everything we needed. Breakfast was great! Coffee, tea, cold beverages and snacks are available 24x7, which is a nice touch. Comfortable and contemporary dining and entry areas. Housekeeping does a good job. Plenty of parking. Covered loading/unloading area. Nice pool and hot tub, with towels.

Climate control wasn't great. Hallways and elevator were hot and humid. Room temp was fine. Lighting wasn't great, but that's common. We bring our own mirrors. Pillows were pretty sad. Next time, I'll bring my own.

The location was great. The breakfast was good with lots of hot options and was really clean. We stayed in a suite that was awesome. The bathroom was oversized and the shower had lots of different settings. There was a wet bar space with a counter top and sink along with a fridge, microwave, keurig and upper and lower cabinets. The jacuzzi tub was huge and the tv could be turned to face the jacuzzi or the bed. Beds were comfy too. Lots of space to spread out. The pool was really warm!

The pool room was really cold!!! We stayed 2 nights and our room didn’t get cleaned between days or have extra towels delivered.

8" of snow on Saturday!!! But we were close enough to the bowling alley, so the ride wasn't too bad. Day manager said he tried all the dances but Mother Nature didn't cooperate! HaHa.

Great location everything near by. Very friendly management and staff. Breakfast was great they had things for children and my favorite was fruit and toast. The room was exceptional. I loved getting coffee any time a day.

Exceptional staff, super kind and knowledgeable. Even gave us a tip for our next stay to avoid congestion/traffic! Clean and modern. Great place to stay!

I have not had any negative experiences with this hotel.

The start were friendly, service was quick, and the hotel was clean. Very pleasant stay. We brought our dog and even that process was super easy. Breakfast included pancakes, omelets (even some that were egg white and veggie), bacon, sausage, cereals, breads, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, and milk.

It would be nice to have a step to get into the hot tub in the room.

The swimming pool and hot tub was very nice and clean

Breakfast need eggs without cheese a better variety of meat but it still was good cuz they open a little longer lots of gas was there this time

The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable beds. Quiet and clean!

Breakfast was okay, could be a little better with more variety of items and the set up was tight, not easy to navigate through when more than 3 people are trying to get breakfast.

The staff was very pleasant, the breakfast was great, and the large room was nice.

The door closing tension springs are too strong and result in the door slamming shut and being noisy.
