We were in for one night for a cousin's baby shower, which was very close to the venue. So the stay was not too bad. breakfast was good I liked the options there were, really enjoyed the waffles.

Our bathroom tub was dirty, it had stains all around. I think that could use some improvement, using better cleaning supplies that gets rid of it.

I appreciate The friendly staff, the bedding where very very good. It was under renovation at the Time, couldn't be in hot tup. But I expect it. Because we all need renovation at some point.

I just need map to find our room 🙈 It wasn't the motel fault though. Thank-you so much for letting us stay with you.

Accommodations were nice

Was booked for 2 nights. When I arrived, the motel said I could only have one night. Absolutely unacceptable. Very angry and distraught. Caused a lot of hardship for myself and my family.

We like that the property allowed dogs. The room had an outside door as well as an inside door to the hallway making it easy to get the dogs in and out.

The facilities were a bit worn but serviceable with comfortable beds. The property was a rebrand of another hotel. One night was fine.

All was good.

Was hoping to get into the pool and hot tub but was under construction. Would of been nice to know before hand. Breakfast was cold. had eggs sausage and taters.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the staff was amazing all the way around! They were accommodating, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The heater in the pool was out (kids didn’t care) so they made sure to have another fun option for the kids and had bounce houses available to play on in the main lobby. The kids loved it and the parents did too, as it kept the kids occupied on a rainy and cold weekend. ;) Would definitely stay again the next time soccer brings us to Gillette.

We didn't get a room on first floor so we asked to be moved. Young lady ay desk said she had nothing for us. When we walked away and were talking about the way she handled it...a nice woman approached us and asked what the problem was. We were hesitant because she seemed to be a customer. She was the Manager. She took right back to the front desk and got us a room in first floor. We were so happy and really appreciated her concern. Bye next morning we were getting breakfast and a very nice older woman asked where we were from and how was breakfast. Very nice woman. She said she had worked there for several years and loved it. Very nice stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the building and design, However somethings were a bit outdated. The interiors needed some work with paint and carpet cleaned or changed. We did see a few sketchy characters. The breakfast was a full breakfast and was very satisfying. The breakfast staff were very friendly, And everything was hot and fresh despite the late hour we ate at.

The interior needed some updating as far as fixing the paint, it was chipped or gouged inside the rooms. The carpets in my particular room were very stained. We were stopping just one night on our way to Yellowstone, so it wasn’t a big deal to us. We just needed a clean room and bathroom and bed, and that’s what we got.

Staff, location, and everything was amazing. Staff especially was so amazing!!!!!! Location is perfect. Everything is right there or not far. Great facilities and things within hotel as well.

Hot tub was cold and our room was too hot and couldn't adjust temperature. But the staff was aware and working on it.
