The staff (Becca) was very nice. The room was large with good AC. The decor was authenticly local. The location was excellent for all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was ok. We arrived very early and although we couldn’t check in until 2 we were able to leave our bags.

The room was overpriced compared to others in the area. They didn’t accept credit cards and yet couldn’t make change for cash either. They tried to enforce we make a review before allowing us to leave but we needed to catch a train and somehow they left a review of ‘10’ after we logged into their iPad….

Staying here was an absolutely amazing experience. They have 2 different kinds of courtyards with each their own style of rooms. The rooms in the wooden building have an amazing interior. My wife and I are both rough sleepers and sensitive to heat; the staff was so kind to listen to our worries and even changed a room (for free) in order to have sufficient airco and sleeping space. In other words: the staff really went the extra mile! They were always available and even provided an extra for my birthday (even though I only mentioned it accidentally). Moreover, the location is very close to the city center yet still very well tucked away in a nice enclosure. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’ll be back in Bukhara! Heck, these guys are one of the reasons we want to come back to Bukhara. The staff is one of the friendliest we’ve ever met.

The hotel is in a great location. It is close to the historical monuments/landmarks. It is also close to many fantastic restaurants. We went in the off-season so it felt like we had the streets to ourselves. We also enjoyed the layout of the hotel, as it felt old-fashioned (in a very good way). It felt like staying in an inn or a hotel a hundred years ago. Guest service is also fantastic. They were helpful, such as recommending restaurants to eat.

The breakfast option was pretty good but wasn't too outstanding.

Minzifa’s staff helped us to get a transfer from Bukhara to Tashkent when there were no train tickets available and also introduced us to a great guide in Tashkent with whom we went on a wonderful mountain tour Breakfast was delicious Great location in the center of Bukhara close to many sights No city noise, very quiet place (though you peace and quiet also depends on your neighbors, if they are in a festive and loud mood you’ll most probably hear them)

- I loved the style of the hotel and the room! I stayed in the Superior Single room - "Room 1" (see photos). I chose it carefully and was not disappointed. The overall style of the hotel was really special and felt homey, while still having that hotel vibe. - The owners/staff were all very professional and helpful. They seemed proud to be there. All spoke English perfectly. - Breakfast was very tasty and well appointed, considering the amount of guests at the time. - Wifi worked well. - I also loved the location - just 5 mins walk to the central "hub" of Bukhara - with plenty of great restaurants, sights and shops.

- Minor room for improvements - it was a little cold in the room at night. Although the days I was there were also on the cold side, so perhaps the heating system was struggling a bit. Three blankets were provided but they were all thin, and only just did the job. - Breakfast on the second day was pre-prepared tables (buffet set up was not available). While I understand that this was smart based on the generally quiet time of year, I felt bad about wasting uneaten food that was already set up. Again, noting that these are very minor details and did not detract from my enjoyment of staying here!

Cozy unique hotel near Lyabi Khause Square. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and beautiful decorated, a dream. Breakfast is very good with different options; there is a terrace with some tables next to the dining room, so you can take breakfast while relaxing with the peace of the place. Staff is really nice and friendly, great job! I totally recommend this hotel and would be happy staying here again.

Everything was perfect!

This hotel is in a fantastic location. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had in Uzbekistan (most beds have been far too hard - this one was great!). The courtyard was a lovely place to relax and unwind away from the heat. Above all the staff were incredible. Extremely attentive and so kind - we checked out at noon but our train wasn't until after midnight and they allowed us the use of the courtyard, dining area and bathroom throughout the rest of the day so we had somewhere to come to escape the heat/souvenir sellers. They also booked us the taxi to the train station so we didn't have to wander around with luggage (and haggle) late at night.

Absolutely loved this boutique hotel, located in an old and beautiful 19th century building, cozy rooms and all! The breakfast here was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had in my life, over 20+ years of traveling, super impressed overall. Also, huge thanks to the folks working here, especially to Nasulbek (Beka) who was of great help throughout.

None, this is a great place

We recently stayed at this truly captivating hotel housed in an old madrassa. The interior of our superior room was full of authenticity and was simply amazing, transporting us back in time while providing all modern amenities, including a large bathroom with a tub. The reception team was always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable and to provide or find any information we required. If you are interested, they can also organize tours and other activities for you. The hotel's one-of-a-kind feature was its own traditional clothing workshop, which produced truly wonderful, handcrafted pieces. Highly recommended for an immersive and unforgettable stay!
