Nice boutique hotel, short walk to the attractions! Staff are very friendly! We got the big room with the bath inside, however the window is directly facing the court yard so not possible to use with the window opened 😀

Best breakfast we had during the Uzbekistan tour which we went from East to West of Uzbekistan. Rooms are comfy and warm. Also clean.

We(family of 6) stayed at Kukaldosh during our trip to Uzbekistan. The hotel is truly a boutique hotel where the focus is on the service and ensuring their stay becomes memorable. The location is perfect in fact very balance not in the middle of busy street but very close to it. Have plenty of food options nearby. We tried old bukhara, jams, glitto and chalet. All were fantastic and very close to hotel. Infact chalet was in front of the hotel where you can have food, tea, shisha etc.. To summarise, perfect location and service with better property.

A small lift to go to the 2nd floor should be better especially for elderly people.

Location is perfect!! It’s super prime and walking around old Bukhara from here is great! Staff is super helpful whenever you need them! Room space was great and interiors are gorgeous too.

Considering we paid similar prices for hotels with pools this seemed a little on the higher side. Breakfast can be worked on a bit.

Great location. Close to attractions, shopping and eating. Breakfast was included. The front desk was able to help us order a taxi to and from railway. The front desk was able to accommodate us with charging the taxi rides to the room so we didn’t have to take out local currency which was a plus.

Great location – you can walk to lots of things from there. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and it was served in a nice little dining area despite being underground.

The two rooms we rented were very different, though they were the same price. One was spacious and well appointed and had a great bathroom. The other one was half the size, with hardly anywhere to sit and a cramped bathroom. (We changed the latter because of a plumbing problem, but the replacement room was much the same.) In winter, the rooms are way overheated through floor heating that you cannot control, so we had to sleep with windows open.

I liked everything about this hotel. In the center of the old city, close to all attractions. The staff is very friendly. The hallway has a very soft carpet, so you can walk without shoes. :) The furniture is very high quality and beautiful. Pleasant smell of freshness and cleanliness in the hotel.

There is no elevator, so non-walkers and older people will find it a little difficult to get up.

Perfect location, and lovely courtyard to enjoy. Gulrux at reception was really helpful and kind, and spoke perfect English.

There was work being done in the courtyard, some drilling and hammering as the staff were renovating one of the rooms. This was only for a few hours during the day and I’m sure it won’t last long. Breakfast was ok, not the best but something there for everyone - tea, coffee, fresh eggs cooked to order, salads, fruit, sweet and savory pastries.

Warm and cosy. Too warm at times but I think we as guest could be better in managing the temperature from the AC / heater in the room. Beautifully decorated and luxury furnishings in the high end room.

The shower in the bathroom floods when we use it. The hotel can improve its drainage. The TV in the standard room has no cable TV but they provided cable for the higher priced room.
