The hotel is perfectly located. The staff is very nice also to arrange private visits to museums and the breakfast is of top quality

Beside for the location, we chose the hotel also for the view from the terrace during breakfasts. Unfortunately the terrace was under reconstruction and no one Informed us beforehand. The room was nice but much smaller than in the photos.

The location is really in the center and 30 minutes walk from Registan with a lot to see on the way. The service was kind and helpful. The room was small but clean and got everything I needed. The Terrasse is beautiful to spend the evening with a class of wine chatting. The breakfast is diversified and good.

We loved this hotel and would like to come back to it one day. The location is perfect- in a quiet street at the same time very close to Gur Emir and not too far from Registan. Rooms are nice, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is served in a beautiful restaurant or on the terrace. The choice of food is varied and can satisfy all the requirements and preferences, plus it is beautifully served. Special thanks to the gentlemen at the reception. They were very helpful and friendly, always smiling and supportive, they even presented us a small amount of money which we lacked for the taxi. We are very grateful to them (unfortunately we don’t remember the names).

I loved the location, the breakfast was not bad at all with some really good choices for food, even had some tea there at night with amazing views and staff was friendly. They even provided money exchange services as a very good decent rate, provided suggestions and felt fairly clean and in a very safe and nice neighborhood.

No complains other than what I got in EVERY hotel in Uzbekistan which is that they all claim their credit card reader is not working, out of battery or some other story in order to get you to pay with cash. I did pay cash upon arrival due it being my first hotel in the region only to later that night be asked to pay down at the reception if I wanted to use my credit card for dinner (which proves they DID have that capacity to pay card). It was not a horrible thing, and it is something EVERY hotel in the country will make you go thru... the sharade of the machine not working only to later on work

The location in the old city, the decoration of the room and the hotel, the staff, who was ver helpful. It feels like you in the fairytale Thousand and one night.

No lift.only stairs. Imagine how it feels if someone has to cary up a 20 kg suitcase to the 3 floor. The shower head was broken. At the first day I reported, the issue, asked to change, even unscrewed it to manage to shower. The houskeeping was permanently screwing it back, but it was never changed.

The accommodation met my expectations. The room was clean and spacious. Its location was very convenient for walking to some of the main attractions.

The reception staff and other people kept talking late at night and listening to loud music. As I was staying on the floor next to the reception desk, this bothered me when I went to sleep. The room is relatively small for two people, but as I was traveling alone, the size of the room was perfect for me.

The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were wonderful They have a rooftop with waterfall and an amazing view! The breakfast spread is decent though and the staff ensured to prepare various vegetarian options for me upon request.

The location of the property was not correct on booking.com we spent an hour finding it and had a big hassle since not everyone understands English in the city and the property number on the app wasn’t working for us

Fantastic structure near by all the most central touristic attractions. We got 3 rooms on different part, all of them were compacted but with good furniture and very clean. Nice and welcoming staff, impressive breakfast with a large variety of delicious meals particularly for the location, at the top of the building on an incredible terrace overviewing the entire city.

is very hot outside so we did not had any issues on having some cold shower, but might not be for all the guest, we recommend to provide or increase the quantity of hot water for shower.

The location was convenient, just a 15/20 minute walk to the Registan square. The hotel is really well presented and clearly a lot of effort has been made to make this place a great hotel to stay in. The entrance to the hotel is impressive and the rooftop views make staying here well worth the money. Our room was spacious (couple sharing with 3yo) and our smart tv worked well. Most importantly Our room was clean. Many thanks to Tam who was working during our stay. We very much enjoyed our conversations with him, he looked after us really well and wish him well in the future. A very interesting person and a credit to the hotel.

Our bathroom was a little dated.

A great hotel which is really close to Gur Emir Mausoleum and about 10 15 minute walk from Registan Square. Staff were very friendly, particularly the girl helping at breakfast, and the breakfast itself was more than enough. The terrace was fantastic on the roof too. Saw another review saying it was in a rough area, but I wouldn't agree with this; it's just not on a main road or boulevard but just off one. Rooms and beds were comfortable too. Well worth the price you pay.

You could hear people in the corridor very easily.
