Small and cosy hotel. Room was clean. Bedding was comfortable. Location is more in the posh centre than historic so you have to take taxi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially manager and lady in the reception who both spoke good English. Breakfast was basic but I guess everybody finding what they need. In the season of watermelon first day they didn’t have it, but upon on my request all following mornings there was watermelon, melon and peaches. All delicious.

Unfortunately the swimming pool and jacuzzi water was not heated and too cold to use. It was for me a disappointment as I booked this hotel exactly because of the pool.

Loved our stay! The rooms were big, clean and well equipped (including modern charging points). The staff were friendly and spoke English. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable including booking a guide for us and holding our luggage while we roamed around. The breakfast spread was great. The area around the hotel has many restaurants (Indian including) and supermarkets. The area is quiet and beautiful. The hotel is a short cab ride away from all the main tourist spots. We all loved our stay and if you're in Samarkand, you should definitely book this hotel! Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in Uzbekistan.

Wellfort is one of lovely place in Samarkand. This is newly built and everything new brand. Mr Zafar; Well educated, respectful and smart boy thanks for everything but you need more experience and you know that it takes time, do not worry. Mr. Timur; The Best receptionist ı have ever met, moreover i feel that he is prospect manager of Wellfort in near future. He tried his best to make us feel comfortable as if at our house and he did indeed and probably i gonna stay again just because of him for my next visit.

Where is olive at breakfast? we are all Turkish, we can not have a breakfast without olive. :) (it been provided upon request) and i have had better breakfast before at somewhere else, it need to be improved, but overall it was generally good breakfast service. btw i never seen a lot of variety biscuits like this before at breakfast. :)

"I recently stayed at the Wellfort Hotel in Samarkand and had a fantastic experience.. The staff was exceptional, especially "Sevinch" at the front desk, who helped us a lot in getting to know the country and its landmarks. She was very nice, fluent in English, always smiling, and friendly. The location was perfect—just steps away from the main attractions and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable.

High class hotel in very calm and peaceful location though at the center of Samarkand with close walking distance to best restaurants and historical places. Excellent service, really interesting and beautiful interior, clean rooms. The breakfasts are really various and delicious. Pool is quite big, photos showing less big as in reality. Love this place and willing to come back again.

Good room, plenty of space and amenities. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Couple of good restaurants around the hotel. Used luggage Storage which was well managed by hotel staff.

Only negative would be location, main sites of Samarkand aren't really in walking distance, needed Yandex, albeit close enough that the yandex would never be more than a few dollars.

This is a very new hotel barely two months old. Very impressed with everything. Room and bath are superbly furnished with very modern fittings and furnishings, though room was a little small. Bed and bath linen were spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was efficient. Toiletries were provided. Staff was very attentive and responsive at the reception, though English coomunication was a bit difficult. Did a huge pile of laundry for us promptly. Restauarnt decor is superb and staff outstanding in attending to needs for breakfast. Good breakfast spread. Excellent wifi connectivity. Well located in a quite street off the busy main road. Highly recommended, without any hesitation.

Magnificent, new hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff who are always ready to help. Delicious and very varied buffet breakfast. Additionally, it is worth noting that the restaurant Bellagio at the hotel offers great service and fresh meals which are served very quickly. Bar is also great with wide choice of well made cocktails. Thanks to Wellfort Hotel for wonderful days in Samarkand.

Brand new hotel, you smell the new furniture as you enter the room. Floor heating, nice bathroom. Very spacious room, even the budget one. Staff was outstanding and the owner organized a tour for us. Tasty and varied breakfast.

Pool wasnt working

Very nice hotel, location is close taxi away from most tourist spots and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, allowed us to check in a tad early and even gave us an upgrade.

Breakfast didn't have the biggest variety.
