We traveled as a family and booked four rooms! Property is Clean, beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, balcony, heated bathroom floors during winter, spacious rooms and staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The gym is AMAZING. Sooo big with all the machines you need

Stayed here for a treat whilst backpacking and it felt like a little bit of luxury which was great. The bed was unbelievably comfy too! Definitely good value for money, it's a slight distance from main town, but quick super cheap yandex taxi in was easy enough. Staff are also great.

They advertise a "bar" but in reality there's no alcohol served on site. They were accommodating and put some of my own bought beers in the fridge for me though so we could have by the pool which was good

We liked almost everything. High rank hotel that serves very good breakfast, provides perfect spa, and gave us a feeling like we are at home. Also, the hotel fits very well for Muslims, and toilets have water hygienic showers.

We did not like the LG thermostat that manages the A/C temperature in the room. Due to malfunction, we couldn't adjust the temperature the first night, and the receptionist came with the screwdriver to fix it. The second night was night mare, they couldn't fix the thermostat until 2am! It was like in sauna =( The only one this thing did not give us to have a good rest during those two nights in a hotel.

We stayed in this hotel with my wife for a week and overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is new with cozy interior. Rooms are clean and spacious, hotel staff is polite and responsive. Breakfast variety was acceptable. We tried couple of times food in the restaurant and it was really delicious.

However, there was a downside of our stay as well. During our stay we constantly experienced a rapid fluctuations in water temperature (from hot to cold and vice-versa). Unfortunately due to weather change A/C was not cooling but hotel staff did their best to help us out with this matter and even offered to us a room upgrade. Also I would like to recommend to install mosquito net on the windows, but that’s a personal suggestion.

Overall the property is excellent. Very clean, cozy and comfortable, not a lot of rooms, so you it's not crowded. And its very close to new Expo Centre, only 9 min drive by taxi, you can obviously walk, but it was too hot outside. Location is more for people, who need rest after a long working day. Nothing interesting within walking distance. And it's Halal hotel, so if you fancy a drink in the evening by the pool, you should purchase it in the liquor store prior.

WiFi in the room slower than in the lobby. But again, it's manageable. Nothing else to complain, every thing was fine.

Excellent hospitality provided by Mr Abdulatif (Manager), Mr Ismail (receptionist) and team - attentive and accomodatingg staffs. The best place to stay in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Facilities, swimming pool, good looking spacious rooms and structures are perfect. An amazing dining experience during breakfast with variety of good food and staff service. Fantastic hotel. Everything was top class- spotlessly clean, with beautiful modern room/bathroom decor. Very good breakfast. But most of all staff were very kind and hospitable, helped me to get a taxi to train station and answered any questions I had. They also offered me breakfast when I arrived before check in was open. I really appreciated it after a long distance flight. I would happily stay there again.

So clean , interior looks very nice, also had a private jacuzzi inside my hotel room. Special mention goes to one of their staff called Abdullatif but again everyone there is Amazing.

I ddnt like the AC function. It was not as cold as i wanted like 18-19 degree celcius as im used to the ACs in UAE - Regardless they wer able to fix that for me but not to the point i wanted. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful
