The room looks old but clean, easy to get the food and mini market. The staff is kind. Nice breakfast.

The key room is not good and the lamp is too dark.

What I liked the most - my spacious room, a big bed , there were everything I need. very quiet location and no noise from outside . Very friendly staff , I was asked every day if I needed the room to be cleaned or if I needed anything else (bottles of water, for example) The location was excellent near the subway , a bus stop , art plov cafe and Anjir Cafe , samsa , ATM for exchanging money . One of the best location . If I come back to Tashkent , I'll book my stay here again They gave me a feeling of "home" KATTA RAHMAT !

Coffee 3in1 for breakfast . However there is no point to be upset over such trivia.

I liked that we paid little for a good quality stay. It has a good location. it has hot water to shower. the staff are very nice. we didn’t hear noises from other rooms. good privacy. we needed a electric kettle & adapter and they provided them to us. I loved the courtyard in the middle with the pool because it was peaceful.

the pool is cold so we couldn’t swim but I saw a guy who did. the water for taking a shower was too hot but I like hot water. we had internet from our SIM card so I can’t judge the Wi-Fi in the room but the Wi-Fi in the lobby was excellent but not so good in the courtyard.

Excellent staff.... special mention to Rukhshona... she's very helpful and always attentive with a smile. The swimming pool is an additional attraction for amenities.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for Tashkent standards. The hotel has a nice garden with a pool. Breakfast was abundant in a little sterile setting.

To be honest, the installations need a makeover, although rooms are very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Little things that curtains didn’t close so that it wasn’t dark in the room to catch up on sleep after a long flight and time difference. Swimming pool looked appealing on pictures but in reality not an enjoyable place to swim/hang out.

Rather quirky hotel in quiet location. Room was large & comfy, enjoyed the garden & pool area. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

The bathroom was in need of some attention, the shower head leaked so much we couldn't use it.

Spacious room size , clean linens , wholesome breakfast spread , helpful staff .

While I agree the name Retro Palace is an indication the furniture seemed outdated and I think the place ( furniture ) would do well with some refurbishments .

It was really great hotel in Tashkent! I was really happy while staying in this wonderful hotel. I can ate a various foods in Breakfast. And all staffs are so kind and friendly!
