The pool was fantastic, the rooms were modern, comfortable yet affordable, the staff were exceptional. While the location is not on the beach nor in the city centre, it’s on a cool spot with views of the northern bay, the mountains, and views of the dragon bridge and city from the skybar- another major reason to visit. With that skybar, this place is a standalone venue for good sized events. We made a same-day booking, and we received nothing but above standard hospitality throughout.

The only fault I could find was the fact that there were two light switches by the bed- one for the hallway and one for the high-beam down lights in the room. You flick the wrong switch when wake up to pee and you’re like a kangaroo standing in front of a semi on the great northern.

The staff's service was exceptional. I was surprised that they provided such great service at this price. The room was spacious, with a balcony, and the view was amazing.

Most of the guests were Korean, and you had to follow some Korean customs. It’s not that I dislike Korean people, but the strong sense of group mentality intensified the feeling of being in a "Korean world." I couldn't fully relax mentally. If the hotel aims to be international, this could be a negative impression for them as well.

Our stay at Alan Sea was extremely good and comfortable. A special mention to Quynh and Trunhg in the SkyBar, who went an extra mile to make us feel extremely welcomed the very first night we arrived at the hotel. Our flight was late in the night, which meant that the restaurant facilities would be closed. When we requested if we could get something to eat since we were hungry after the travel, Quynh and Trunhg immediately helped us get some fried rice at the odd hour. We could not thank them enough for this. We loved the breakfast at the restaurant; the spread was out of the world and catered to a lot of tastes. Here, we would like to thank Lan and Nam who gave us special attention throughout, and carefully reviewed our dietary options and recommended the same each time we went there. This is the kind of service that we all want in any hotel. The room at the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained and comes with a beautiful view. We were very comfortable throughout and could not have asked for more.

Huge complex with great service. We choose the room with panoramic view and didn't regret it! The view was as stunning as the pictures and the suite was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a blast! We would recommend going there early as there are more choices. We are very satisfied overall.

The pool was okay but a bit noisy because very close to the road. Note: The small water bottles provided in the room every day are not free and charged extra which is a bit disappointing in terms of customer service for this kind of hotel. We would appreciate at least one free bottle of water per person per day which is not much to ask.

Rooms, facilities and staff were excellent. Hotel was far enough away from the CBD that it was peaceful and scenic but close enough to get amongst it. Well worth a walk around the fishing boats at Sunrise. Absolutely gorgeous area.

The only thing I can fault is the pool. The tiles around the pool area get pretty slippery when wet. The stairs in the pool are also hard to see from the shallow to the deep end. The staff mop down the wet footsteps often but worth warning the old and young of both.

Very nice hotel and facilities. Plenty of staff to assist you. Very friendly and helpfull. They really search for good solutions. Good food. Try the roomservice😀. Also the spa👍. Much choice at the breakfast and every day something new. Quiet neigherhood but with grab you get to the center fast

The gym did not have many weights. Really just a token room. The big pool is not heated. So i needed some time to adjust.

Very comfortable as it is far from busyness of the city. We just like it quiet and relaxing and Alansea did not disappoint. A big plus to the service that they give with a big smile. Cam On!👍

There is nothing we didn’t like at all but may we suggest More promotion on your Hotel as it is a great hotel. More power to you and the staffs hoping to see you again in the future.

We booked 2 rooms with bay view. Sorry I didn't take any photo of it but the view was really great. I did take a photo of the other side of the building with the city view. The room is super clean and new. Hotel staff were all extremely helpful and warm. All the receptionists were amazing, always with smiles on their faces and trying their best to help. The hotel location is not at the city center which is totally fine, as most of the places you may want to visit in DaNang is within 10-20 mins drive. However, may not be the best for party animals or for the individuals who need everything a step away from the hotel. 12 mins to the DaNang city center. 20 mins to Marble Mountain. 15 mins to the monkey mountain.

The balcony is a bit small and narrow and there are no outdoor chairs. AC doesn't have hot air option, so you may need 2 blankets in case you are traveling in December to February. Gym without proper equipments. Two treadmills and one bench press chair with 30 KG plates in total, no dumbbells.

Hotellier was incredibly helpfull and spoke great english. We showed up with no resavation and rather than booking us through the hotel system, he directed us to booking.com where we got the room for half the price.

Hotel is located outside of the cbd so requires a 1hr walk from the station or a 125,000ish taxi ride.

Nothing - location is a bit out of town but we knew that - a very cheap grab ride gets you anywhere in minutes - noisy Korean coach party making noises on landings early hours of the morning - we decided to give them a taste of their own medicine on our wait morning start after they ignored our request to keep quiet 😀
