Hotel was convenient located near the beach and 7 mins from center of Da Nang city. The rooms are new and the view of the beach was spectacular especially during sun rise and evening. There are breakfast buffet, a gym, swimming pool and cocktail bar available. I recommend it.

the shampoo and body wash soap are stored in little clay jars that can be easily slipped off when your hand is wet and break. If you break it. The facility has listed as 79000 or about $3 USD to replace it. Seem like a bit of money making gimmick. I suggest the facility use plastic bottles instead of clay jar for soap.

This will be a very big review. I spent here a month and I have a lot to tell about "The Code Hotel&Spa". I've been to many hotels in this world, including very prestige ones like Intercontinental, Radisson, Lotte. And I was veeery gladly surprised by the level of the service and staff in "The Code" - it fully corresponds to the level of those ones. The price is a bit more expensive than an average seaside hotel in Da Nang, but way cheaper than such hotels in other places in the world. And it really costed all those money. - Excellent food for breakfast. - Gorgeous views from my room. (Can you imagine a room with a bathtub on the balcony with sea 40-50 meters from you?! Having a bath and listening to the waves...) - Stylish design. All the details are in one, very fancy style (even the lamps by the bed are designed in the same style with interior/exterior/hotel logo etc.). - Nice beachfront district. It's a bit on the edge of the city which makes this place pretty quiet. But a 5-10 minute ride can take you to the center of all of the parties and events. - Staff was aways SO helpful! Especially I want to say "thank you" to Tony (Ton) from the reception. He was my ultimate problem-solver! Anything happens - he was ready to solve my problem even when he was out from his hotel. I really apprecaite it! What's more I am extremely grateful to all the restautant staff. Especially, I remember the names of (I hope I spell them correctly) of Nhi, Xuan and Phuong Hang. :) I remember that Nhi even learned some words in Russian specially for me! That was very sweet. She always gave some small surprises - a bottle of vitamined water, some tangerines etc. That was very sweet of her. What's more the restaurant staff already learned what I usually take for breakfast and when I arrive (2 minutes before it ends), so by the time I entered the restaurant in the morning all the food was already served waiting for me!

Unfortunately this serious disadvantage cannot be fixed due to laws of Da Nang. There is a road between the hotel and the beach - sometimes it can be noisy. I suppose it's the only serious disadvantage here. - Thing that could really be improved - gym could be better equipped. Not many Okay, one more. When you enter the room, TV automatically turns on playing the hotel's promo video, ha-ha. :D

Big, comfortable room, right by the beach. Rooftop pool and bar was nice….salted coffees were awesome! Great being able to hire scooters from the hotel, also booking activities. Breakfast selection was good and breakfast staff were lovely!

Room service meals weren’t very nice…cold and not what we expected based on the menu. Reception. didn’t follow through with some requests (extra towels etc). Not easy location to get to any shops for water, supplies etc

I loved the location, the decor, the staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful, communicative, peaceful, respectful and supportive. The roof top swimming pool was one of our highlights and the mango smoothies! Big bonus…..being able to continue with my usual gym routine at the hotel gym.

The breakfast could have had more fruit and a better toaster machine, English Breakfast tea. The lowest dumb bell was 7.5kg.

Staff Super. I really liked the staff at the time of booking, the staff helped me very much in answering all my questions. The room was clean. If we wanted us to get out of the room enough to hang a sign.

The only minus is a balcony overlooking the wall of the adjacent building, but it did not spoil the impression.

One of the finest Hotel I have visited. The reception team is beyond your expectation they treat you like family member. Really glad to me Van, Linh and Tien. They helped me in each and every step. I planned to propose my girlfriend, Linh and Van made the process so smooth, I will be thankful to them always. I left one item in the hotel and Van helped me with the shipping process, Thank you is not enough for them. The food is really good and the hotel is really clean and well maintained. Really happy with their service.

the property in general was great, staff was friendly, helpful and would go above and beyond. Specially front desk and the general support staff (Yen Nhi and Phuong Hang). Great view from the pool and good breakfast with variety of choice.

Spa is closed, which was one of the reasons why we booked. The General Manager? lady (only one in black suit) was booking for us an event but lacked communication and we found out it was actually closed from our driver and we were offered all you can drink soft drinks during our stay (1 week, due to staying long time and in the Pent house suite) but was actually only the first night. This could be a language barrier between us but I did ask to confirm and it seems that it was not, and got surprised at the end. But even so it only costed around $50 total so nothing crazy.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They help with booking taxis, recommending restaurants, and even offer to lend out bikes free of charge. The hotel is right on the beach front so you’ll wake up to a beautiful view every morning. Breakfast also includes a variety of breads, Vietnamese food and fresh fruit. A very pleasant stay!

The only downside was the hotel bar was closed and the restaurant is only open for breakfast in the mornings. However, there are places around 1km down the road so it’s not too much of an issue!

We had the suite. Bathtub on the balcony. Clean, modern and big room. Amazing with the sea view. Roof top bar is outstanding with really friendly and polite service. Breakfast ist typical Vietnamese food and drinks. Really good and tasty! The service here especially from Yen Nhi was outstanding! We felt during our 2 hour(!) breakfast like gods because of her! The restaurant has a really good ambiente with nature sounds. Just amazing.

The gym is all right but not top notch. The TV in room turns on automatically and has annoying music.

The staff was super helpful and friendly ! Thao Van gave us a list of things to do and was so helpful with us at check in and spoke great English . Nhat Tien made checking out of our room a breeze and was also very helpful . We stayed in the king suite and it was really nice , clean and fancy . We loved the tub with the ocean view . The pool top bar and pool were great , the views were amazing .

The drinks are a bit spendy .
