while planning my trip to Đà Nẵng, I was delighted to find this villa at a reasonable price. I was able to enjoy the shared pool, private beach, and gym facilities. The facilities were a little dated, but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all. What truly stood out was Tracy’s incredible kindness and quick support... when I mentioned I was looking for a restaurant with a play area to throw a birthday party for my little boy, Tracy went above and beyond. She helped me find and contact restaurants, gave thoughtful advice on decorations, and even booked a table for us. She was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Thanks to her, my son had an unforgettable birthday :) I couldn’t be happier with the experience and am already looking forward to visiting Da Nang again. Thanks so much Tracy :)

Our group of 9 stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The villa was clean and well-maintained, with basic cooking tools provided, which made things very convenient. You just need to bring your own ingredients and some essential seasonings to cook in the villa. The villa’s location within the resort was also very convenient. Although the resort is quite large, there’s no need to worry about walking long distances. If needed, cars can pick you up right at the villa’s doorstep. If you plan to stay in and relax, I recommend visiting a supermarket beforehand to stock up on essentials so you can enjoy your time at the villa without interruption. There’s a small pool in front of the villa, perfect for a quick dip. It’s also just a 5–8 minute walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful, with a long stretch of coastline, clear waters, and soft sand. The resort only has one restaurant by the beach. We had breakfast there once, but the food wasn’t that great. I suggest using the villa’s kitchen to cook your own meals or trying the host’s breakfast service, which is both tasty and nutritious. Tracy and Xuan were very helpful during our trip. We had many questions, and Tracy was always available with advice and suggestions. She even recommended interesting places to visit. One day, I needed to exchange some Vietnamese Dong. Since the rates in Da Nang are better, but I was only heading to Hoi An, Xuan kindly helped me exchange the money at a fair rate. Thank you both for your excellent hospitality and support!

This place was just perfect for our family holiday. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to whip up our own meals when we wanted. Thanks to Tracy’s detailed instructions, check-in was a breeze, and we enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast prepared by Xuan was excellent value for money, too. Tracy was incredibly friendly and helpful, I’m really grateful for how she shared interesting tips about Da Nang and gave us some great travel advice. During our trip, we celebrated my dad’s birthday, and even without any prior notice, Tracy and Xuan thoughtfully prepared a lovely little birthday cake for breakfast. My dad absolutely loved it, and this special touch made us feel so cared for - something truly unique ☺️ This was such a memorable experience for our family. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we did. Looking forward to coming back here sometime soon!

The pool villa was perfect for our large family. It was convenient to communicate with the manager via Whatsapp before check-in, and the day before check-in, the chef and room manager added us on Whatsapp, so we could request and receive what we needed immediately. Communicating via Whatsapp was more convenient than a hotel. In the morning, the chef came and prepared breakfast and even did the dishes, which made the mothers very happy. We had bought many snacks and gifts that needed to be boxed, and when we couldn't find packing tape late at night, we requested it from the butler, who got it for us the next day. If we visit Vietnam again, we would definitely stay here again. It was a shame that we couldn't use the main pool much due to the rain, but we want to come back when it's not the rainy season. The location is between Da Nang and Hoi An, so we went to Hoi An twice during our stay. The massage shop also provided pickup service, which was nice. This accommodation is perfect for large families. Highly recommended!

this resort is perfect for family travel if you don't mind a bit old facilities. I think the customer service here is amazing. Firstly, the staff waited at the villa to welcome us, and they are so kind. We had many questions during our 2-day stay, but butler Huong, chef Xuan (they were very polite and wonderful 👍👍👍), and a young female manager solved them quickly. It was my mother's birthday, and they surprised us with a small, lovely cake. Thank you very much for this thoughtfulness. We loved the swimming pool and the beach so much. I visited in May, so it often rained in the afternoon, but it cleared up quickly. After the rain, the sea was cooler and more beautiful. Must visit!!!

Fantastic place, great beach, very quiet. Loved the private pool, the large villa, and the wonderful staff. All kitchen wares, washing machine are available, which would be useful if you are planning a longer trip. The tennis court was a nice addition too. Tracy, the manager, was very helpful in helping us book a car to Ba Na Hills and answered any questions we had. Overall, I had a great stay except for the slightly inconvenient location, as there are no minimarts or good restaurants near the resort. So, remember to buy your supplies on the way to the resort

It worth every dollar you spent, we have a 4 bed room villa, we have a pool side bbq, the services is above average. The best thing is the breakfast at the villa, so excellent, I really love it, the food was delicious, the menu was diverse, and the portions were generous. The chef was friendly, and of course, they cleaned the dishes thoroughly before leaving. I found it more worth the money than the buffet breakfast at the resort

The location is the only bad thing as it is a bit remote from the city. Overall, as long as it is cheap, it is still recommenderable

This stunning villa offers a private retreat with a charming backyard and serene pond. The villa is well-maintained, and the surroundings are impeccably clean. The beach is just a short five-minute stroll away. Situated in an peaceful area, it’s the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Renting a vehicle or motorbike makes getting around easy, with both Hoi An and Da Nang only a 20-25 minute ride away. My family absolutely loved our stay!

I was very pleased with my stay here. The house looked exactly like the photos. Thanks to Tracy, I easily arranged transportation from the airport to the villa and back, which was very convenient. Xuan welcomed us at check-in and introduced us to the local attractions. We enjoyed many delicious dishes and joined several tours with Tracy’s help in planning our itinerary. I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Da Nang again

You might think that it's a bit far from the main city, but because of that, you can have an incredibly peaceful vacation here. All the staff were very kind. I highly recommend the in-villa BBQ. The food is truly fantastic, and the staff prepared everything for us, even cleaning up afterward. We booked a 2-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and clean with a private pool. My children love it, and, most importantly, I would like to thank your staff for their exceptional support. Whenever I needed assistance, they were always there to help promptly

There are no convenience stores within the resort, although you can order items for direct delivery. However, I think it would be more convenient for guests if there were one available
