My husband and I decided to stay here for our babymoon. We enjoyed being pampered every day with an 80-minute spa treatment that had many pregnant-friendly options for myself. The breakfast buffet had an abundant of healthy and delicious choices, and you are also able to choose a main as well. We enjoyed using the pool in our villa as well as the resort's pool beside the beach. What I especially loved - a bidet in our bathroom, turn down service every night, the giant king sized bed, the free shuttle to and from Hoi An, and all the staff were incredibly friendly.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The whole resort was exceptional. The resort was so clean and felt brand new. This is probably because they clean the room twice a day (amazing). The staff were so lovely and helpful - the receptionist, Dung, remembered our names for our whole stay and the driver gave wonderful recommendations for Hoi An. We left some jewellery in the villa accidentally and the staff left a note reminding us to take care with valuables (so lovely!). The shuttle bus from Tia to Hoi An was fabulous- free, only a 30 min drive, and so convenient. The buffet breakfast was great, heaps of vegan/vegetarian options if that’s something you value. The a la carte menu for breakfast was also a great addition. It was the extra touches that made this place great. The mini bar was complementary and refilled often, the staff left “gifts” in our villa everyday, the complementary 80 minute massages (insane!), the water bottles were glass and reusable (not plastic), and the staff organised a takeaway breakfast box for us when we checked out early. This is probably the best resort we have stayed at.

Rooms are spectacular, nicely design and aesthetically pleasing. The gardens are well maintained and most of the staff were extremely friendly & paid attention to detail. Kitchen was amazing, food was fresh and the choice was wide. Facilities are clean and well-maintained.

There were a few confusions in the communication stream - mentioned an allergy and got snack with allergy products in them in the room, prepaid a dinner but has to check it at the end of it. Everything got solved without hiccup but it's why our stay was not "perfect". On the side, our massage was average. Nothing properly bad, but nothing mind-blowing either.

Resort is beautiful and atmosphere was heart warming. The villa were exactly as shown in pictures. The villa and its pool were clean and amenities were great. Spa inclusive service was excellent! In-room dining service was fast, food was decent and delicious. Ocean restaurant by the pool and beach was defintely a hit. Lastly, i am totally impressed by the ala carte breakfast options. We tried all over a 5D4N stays and all tasted good. We will defintely come back again for sure.

Everything was great!

From being picked up at the airport, to driving through the bamboo tunnel entrance - everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always polite and with a big smile. The facilities are excellent with the most beautiful infinity pool. The villas are beautifully designed, comfortable, chic and clean

The gym! The gym needs some serious improvement. It is a wellness resort so a well equipped gym is a must.

Wow what can I say, could right a whole essay on how good this place was but will keep it brief. This is easily the best place I've ever stayed in my life. Yes it's expensive, but well worth it, great for backpackers/mid-range budget travellers who want a nice relaxing treat for a night or for high end luxury travellers to stay longer term. Facilities are world class, the private villa is sooo nice! And the free 80 minute massage I had was also by far the best I've ever had and super relaxing - many thanks to Ban I think? - such a skilled masseuse. Breakfast is great and they give you such huge portions if you have it delivered to your room or on beach (both options are free), or can have buffet in restaurant. I didn't try lunch/dinner and opted to have food delivery from Grab - security literally delivered it to my villa door by buggy :)! Gym is nice with everything you need and a nice view. The two communal pools are outstanding, especially the one in Wellness center which is much quieter and even has a waterfall! I tried tai chi class too (all complementary) which was great, and breath work class (I found this to be so-so). Was slightly worried after reading reviews about big spiders entering the rooms, but staff assured me they are available 24/7 to deal with this, and if you just close the door to private pool you should be fine.

Nothing at all. Really wished I could've stayed longer, such a dreamy paradise! Hope to return again.

We booked one of the 3-bedroom private villas for our 5-person group and it was amazing. All bedrooms were spacious and had an ensuite bathroom, and we had access to our own private pool facing the beach. The spa treatments included in our stay were an amazing way to relax and unwind. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property at all, as there are facilities such as the pool, spa, onsite dining and entertainment room to keep you occupied and relaxed. There are also other wellness activities which are included such as tai chi, breathwork and yoga, which you can easily sign up for. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with amazing choices from both Western and Vietnamese cuisines. The staff were also very helpful and emailed us before our check-in date so we could book our desired spa treatments for our group ahead of time.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing spa treatment, the variety of treatments and quality of the therapists were great! All staff were so friendly and efficient. Also, we felt there was a good internal communication between staff. Loved the beautiful infinity pool and the beach in front of the property is clean and uncrowded. You can request to have breakfast on the beach too. The message card and birthday cake melted my heart!

- I wish beach activity tools like SUP, floats and bodyboards were available to rent. - Not enough staff at the pool side, we had to go into the poolside restaurant to order food and drinks. - There was a weird musty smell filled my room after heavy rain - the staff handled the issue promptly though. - Great variety of breakfast buffet, but the all day dining menu was a bit disappointing in terms of taste and price

Our experience at the hotel was truly remarkable, thanks to the incredibly attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and we were delighted to find that the minibar was always promptly refilled. One of the highlights of our stay was the wide variety of breakfast options available. We were pleased to see that there were plenty of choices for those with dietary preferences, such as vegan, vegetarian, and other healthy options. This attention to catering to different dietary needs was truly commendable. Another aspect we thoroughly enjoyed was the range of amenities available. Having our own private pool was a fantastic luxury, providing us with a peaceful and exclusive space to relax and unwind. Additionally, the spa facilities and the communal pool near the ocean were excellent additions, allowing us to further indulge in relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel's commitment to maintaining the beach in perfect condition did not go unnoticed. We were impressed by the pristine condition of the beach, which added to the overall serene and tranquil atmosphere of our stay. In summary, our experience at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. The attentive staff, spacious room, well-stocked minibar, diverse breakfast options, private pool, spa facilities, and well-maintained beach all contributed to an exceptional stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

While our overall experience at the hotel was exceptional, we did find that the bed was a bit too firm for our personal preference.

- The room rate includes 80min spa per day, but I think it's an included service, so the spa quality is not as good as imagined, the staffs at counter took very long to arrange therapists (which we have pre-booked our choice of spa/ number of people / preference for female therapist). Thus we wasted 20min waiting and delayed our following schedules, this happened consecutively two days in a row. We are on a girls' trip with four girls, and the spa we experienced had total different SOPs and the quality was not consistent at all. We were quite disappointed with the spa, given there was a portion of the room-rate contributing to the spa, but we would expect a higher quality from resort with this price point.
