Staff were amazing from doormen to reception staff , bar staff and not least cleaning staff. Nothing is a problem, so helpful and attentive. My wife also informed me the spa treatments were great. Need a lie in? No problem, just call later for your room to be made. I called in the evening and was attended to straight away. Good selection for breakfast and separate fresh egg station with 4 different choices. Beach is 5 minutes walk, restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

If I really had to, I'd say the balcony was narrow and no furniture to sit. But that was just the room I chose. Few hotels with similar names so make sure you give the full and exact location to your driver.

Absolutely phenomenal, 5 star hotel experience from service to accommodations. The best hotel experience I’ve had in all of Vietnam by far. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were of high quality. The staff here also amazing and truly hold high standards of professionalism. Nearby restaurants, cafe, and bars. The beach is walking distance and motorbike rentals near by. %100 satisfied with no regrets of booking for the price.

The rooms were decently sized and clean. The breakfast buffet every morning was amazing and had a wide selection of both Western and Vietnamese dishes. The staff were super helpful, they helped us book a shuttle to Ba Na Hills and other questions during our stay. There was also a pool on the rooftop but unfortunately, we didn't get to use it because it was cold in Da Nang when we went.

There was a slight smoke smell when we originally checked into our rooms. It was probably from the previous guests from other rooms who smoked on the balcony and somehow the smell drifted it. The staff helped by putting in a diffuser and the smell eventually went away so no big issues there. The sauna is not included, it needs to be booked and there is an extra charge.

The room was fantastic and spacious. We got Genius 3 upgrade to deluxe room with bath and it looked great. Breakfast had good options

Gym was a big disappointment (as it was one of the main reasons why we picked this hotel). Machines are very old and not working properly, not enough weights. No towels, no drinking cups - basics that we would expect from a hotel like this. We were kindly guided to our room and were promised that our luggage is being taken to our room. We were then sitting in our room for well over 15 minutes waiting for our luggage. Then when I went to pick up the luggage myself I found the Concierge in the lobby next to our luggage scrolling on his phone 😄

The staff is very hopeful and the facilities there are just amazing. When the whole neighborhood was flooded they provided us with umbrellas and slippers to get to a restaurant. Also they were very fun to talk to, especially Minh who has quite astonishing English. She took care to get us a great motorbike right to the hotel and at a very good price. We enjoyed our stay there a lot

The hotel wasn't really prepared for the monsoon. The planned dinner was canceled because employees were asked to return home before it became impossible. However other than a cup of noodles prepared with steam water there wasn't actually food in the hotel forcing us to go out in the rain in search of a restaurant. This in itself wasn't very bad as we enjoyed the experience (the hotel provided us with umbrellas and slippers) but they could have been more prepared. Also they didn't accept credit cards even though booking.com claims they do. This was an unpleasant surprise

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights, and I must commend on the staff. All were always smiling and greeted us warmly at every interaction opportunity. Ms Than at the front desk was especially helpful and so willing to recommend nice restaurants and places of interest for my family. There is also a nice roof top pool, however we didn't swim due to the season we visited. A small but nicely equipped gym is also available. Location was about a short 10min walk to the beach, which was the reason we chose this area. There are many good restaurants, cafes and convenience marts surrounding the hotel. I will recommend this hotel for families and will happily come back again.

It was a very beautiful hotel! It is in a great location in Da Nang! Shops and restaurants are everywhere and it was so easy to get a Grab to go literally anywhere. Airport is only around 15 minutes away. The staff were very polite, nice, and attentive. We had the Panoramic Suite and it was a very comfortable stay. The room was huge and free amenities were constantly replenished.

The suite has the tub and shower combo. The water pressure from the shower wasn't as strong as we wanted it to be. It can be annoying when washing off my hair mask. The shower curtain also has an unpleasant smell. I guess it's because it was too long for the tub so it couldn't really properly dry off without water dripping everywhere. While I appreciate the free breakfast, it wasn't as good as the other hotels that we have been to. It seems like they cater more to Western guests in terms of tastes.

The facilities were really good! Nice pool and spa on the top floor. The staff there were really sweet and proactive, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where they clean your room so quickly and so well- caught me off guard for a second cause I thought I walked into the wrong room hahaha. The location is good too, lots of restaurants nearby and minimarts. Breakfast was really good, they provide a variety of options and the staff were super helpful.

The gym was really small, so if you are planning to get a proper full body workout, you might feel a little disappointed.

We loved the rooftop pool and attentive staff. It is obviously a new building with new furnishings so there was minimal wear and tear. The room was comfortable and cool (air conditioning worked well), and kept very clean. we did find the toilet seat dirty when we first went into the room which wasn't a good start, but otherwise, all else (including stuff we listed in what we didn't like section) were pretty minor and not unbearable.

booking.com was misleading. We booked a deluxe ocean view room but there is no ocean view from this hotel! When we arrived we were told our room was upgraded to one with a bath tub as ocean view was unavailable. Other differences between what was on booking.com and reality were: "soundproofing" in rooms-non existent, "conditioner" available which it wasn't, and "slippers" are actually reusable jandals/thongs which we didn't use.

The Golden Lotus Gand was good value for money..The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous - thanks to Thao, My My and Aidan for your help and friendliness especially the Vietnamese language lessons 😀. The hotel is within walking distance from the beach and has a free shuttle service to the airport. Recommended for people who would prefer a quieter stay than the touristy Hoi An. The pool is a nice place to spend time and the afternoon tea was a very nice touch.

We did not have any complaints. Only negative is that the hotel is a few blocks from the sea, but still walkable.
