Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location was great, on the edge of the ancient town, far enough away to avoid the craziness but close enough to easily walk to. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel is on a nice quiet street. Staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable.

Had to pay cash when checking out. Credit card not available. Not a problem for me but just make sure you can get cash to pay for your stay just in case.

Amazing place with the most friendly and helpful staff!! Nhu is the manager and she was absolutely fantastic with checking up on us when we were out on tours and helping us with arranging lifts as well as anything we needed!! Perfectly located where you can walk out and into the center of all the shopping and hustle and bustle of this beautiful place!! We loved every minute and will definitely be back xx

Nice location 7 min walk to old town, plenty of shops and restaurants near by. We arrived at 11 am and we were able to chwck in straight away. The host helped us also to book some bus tickets to Nha Trang which was great and offered us a late breakfast at 12 when we were checking out.

We went out for the night in old town and when we came back all the entering doors to the villa were locked. We had to start calling the contact numbers for about 20 minutes until the host woke up to open. The room with balcony is not worth it. The balcony is very small and you have no view except the one of the air con..

Phong Phu is located around 10min walk to the Ancient Town. It's quite a walk but since Hoi An is as walkable city so it's no problem. There's also a lot of places to eat and have coffee on the same street. You could also rent a bicycle for VND 30K a day which is super super cheap. Biking around the town is a great option to get around. Nhu, our host was really nice an lovely too. She always greets us with a smile whenever we meet downstairs. Twice we returned home super late and she kept the door open for us which was really nice of her. We were also lucky to meet her mom just outside the property while chatting with Nhu and we had a cute and funny interaction that night. We highly recommend Phong Phu Villa for a great stay in Hoi An. Thanks agan, Nhu! 😊

The airconditioning can be improved but it was no big deal for us.

Lovely accommodating and friendly staff, great location close to bars and restaurants, good breakfast, bike hire, room was great with comfortable bed, good size and good fridge, bathroom and balcony was great.

The staff are friendly and super easygoing. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the lobby after our checkout time. They have mopeds and bikes you can rent out for a good price. The rooms are clean and spacious, and we also got a balcony. The location is great. There's a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. I recommend the salted coffee place right next door.

There are no elevators, and we were on the 3rd floor. It was not horrible, just tiring after a long day out or bringing our luggage upstairs.

We recently stayed with Phong Phu Villa in Hoi An and we highly recommended it. Despite being a little bit tired, the hotel was immaculately clean. Its ideal location puts it within easy walking distance of the Old Town and several fantastic local restaurants providing wonderful local Hoi An specialties. The breakfast options were a bit limited and simple but very tasty The air conditioning in the room worked well enough but due to the unusually warm weather in May, the hotel provided an extra fan as we were melting overnight.

The one small issue we had was the nearby construction work, which began daily at 7 a.m. and which the hotel had no control of.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to the center but in a more quiet location. The stuff was kind and spoke English well. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall, we recommend this place.

Stuff was very nice and friendly, although they rented us scooter with dead battery and very old and used tires. The back tire ripped on the straight road, which resulted in a wasted day for us by looking for mechanics to fix it. Check your motorbike before renting.

The accommodation was very clean, the AC worked great and the spacious room was super nice. The staff was astounding! Everyone at Phong Phu Villa is so nice and kind and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! Do try Cao Lau for breakfast :)

Fruendly, obliging family. Lovely home in a fairly quiet lane, felt very safe walking around and easy walk to the riverside. Breakfast was basic choices but ample & delicious to set us up for the day.

3rd floor room and no lift, though the staff did bring our bags to our room. At the end of a long day the stairs were a bit of a trek. Longer stays are usually lower if possible.
