It's a real boutique place with intimate feelings. Perfect! Perfect room high quality pool. High maintenance of the hotel. Wide room with shower and bath. We spend 13 nights of magic. Breakfast was good and full. Perfect for couple for romantic time. 1 min to craftburger 10 min walk easy to center. As u check in the reception gave all the important info u need. The staff was more than excellent Ann and Yim.

We had little bit of construction and the hotel find a compensation for us. Bike was in high price, usually it's free. Laundry and motorbike is way more high price than street. Although all above It's the best place to stay in Hanoi !

Outstanding Hotel. The best one in my trip to Vietnam ( I stayed in 5 hotels in this trip) Staff very helpful and polite. When we arrived, the staff gave all information about the city and the tours. Helped a lot and we closed 2 tours in the hotel. Very good tours mainly the bike tours from Heaven and Earth Bicycle Tours. Room is very spacious, bed super comfortable, bathroom very good. Very clean, great job from the staff. Breakfast excellent, many options to Western people at least 4 fruits, pancake, omelette, juice, cake … Very beautiful place , a lot of flowers, lanterns and a beautiful swimming pool in the middle of the garden Excellent location, near the old center ( 5 min walking)

We loved our 4 nights here. It was very clean and the staff are so friendly and always happy to help and recommend places to eat, activities etc. Really nice to stay somewhere smaller than big hotel. On Xmas day, one staff member dressed up as Santa giving out gifts to everyone at breakfast, such a sweet gesture. Despite the 5 days of rain, we still managed to do lots of activities and they provided us with umbrellas that was really useful. Only 5 mins walk to Japanese bridge and the spa opposite was great. Really recommend anyone looking for a smaller and friendly place to stay that is nearby. Enjoyed the breakfast as well!

Nothing, it was all great!

We chose this hôtel for it's closeness to the centre...it was easy to walk into the centre several times à day and yet it was also à haven of peace. The pool was lovely after à busy day and the bedroom was comfortable. The staff were so helpful..they helped us book taxis and arranged for me to have my nails done and lent us towels for our trip to the beach.

One very small thing..it would be nice to have yogurts as a choice for breakfast...

Probably our favourite accommodation in Vietnam. Was very reasonable price for a nice hotel, pool was very very nice, lovely pool view rooms. The staff were amazing and gave us so much good information about activities, restaurants and tailors in Hoi An. We had a really nice large bath in our room and the water was always perfectly hot to fill it. This was also our favourite breakfast out of all of Vietnam accommodation. Loads of options and all very well made Thank you!

The pool is in the shade for most of the day, was not really a problem tho as only 10 mins drive from the beach

Close proximity to the hotel. Staff were brilliant mainly the lady in the reception not so sure of her name “Tee”? Perfect english. She was so helpful from checkin until checkout. Provided us a map of tourist attractions, good recommendation for foreign exchange, booked our car rides for a very good price she was just brilliant with everything. Tv had good movies. Room was spacious. Provided extra towels right away. The guy in the reception was polite as well and carried our luggage. Omelette breakfast was good too.

We saw a baby lizard in the room but not too surprised as it may have been from the garden/pool area

Cannot stress how amazing this hotel is, location perfect so close to everything, staff incredible - posted all our tailored clothes for us, opened the kitchen early for us when we had to get an early flight leaving, asked us how we were finding things after night one and honestly we’re just super kind the entire stay. The room was amazing the bathtub was the highlight for me. The pool was so nice and even though it was raining we still jumped in one evening. The breakfast was lovely they cook whatever eggs pancakes you want but have fresh fruits breads etc too that change each day!

If I was being picky the bath took a while to fill up but I was in no rush so it didn’t actually bother me.

Hoi An TNT Villa is a fantastic place to stay, offering a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and service. Our room was spotlessly clean and of a high standard, complete with a relaxing bathtub that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The pool area was also very well-maintained, with crystal-clear water that made it perfect for a refreshing dip. Despite the hotel being located on a main street, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, allowing us to fully relax without any noise disturbances. This calm atmosphere was one of the highlights of our experience. The staff truly went above and beyond when we found ourselves in a stressful situation. We had forgotten to book a bus to our next destination, but they quickly stepped in to help. For a very reasonable price, they managed to find us a bus to Da Nang and arranged further transport, even though everything seemed fully booked. They truly saved our travel plans, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their quick thinking and resourcefulness. Overall, Hoi An TNT Villa offers outstanding service and quality at an excellent price, making it a top choice for anyone visiting the area.

The location is absolutely great. Close to many restaurants abd mini mart and walking distance to the river. We ate at a small restaurant not far called Khanh Hoa Bamboo restaurant just about every night .The food was fantastic and cheaper than most other places. Nah who runs the restaurant is extremely lovely and helpful and makes you more than welcome. Hom does all the cooking and is a bang on cook. The staff at TNT villa are very accommodating and friendly. They treated us like family and offered to cook us a complementary dinner on our last night as we stayed 2 weeks but we had already made other plans.They also offered a complementary lift to the airport but we also had made other plans to be picked up. They are all such lovely staff. Breakfast was great and is served in the dining area or you can sit outside near the pool .The pool is spotless and is a nice area to relax. I would stay again if we return to Hoi An .

Such an amazing place to stay. The staff are very friendly. They helped me decide what to during my stay. The room was so lovely. The double glass doors open to an inviting balcony, and let so much light in to the room. There's a big bath for relaxing. The bed is extremely comfortable. It's a quiet place to relax but is still very close to the old town, restaurants and tailors. Good spread for the breakfast buffet, including a chef to cook fresh eggs and pancakes. I will stay here again if I come back to Hoi An.
