Great resort. Biggest breakfast buffet we've ever seen. Bloody Mary station at breakfast was icing on the cake! We were really impressed that Trent, the executive Chef was wondering through in the morning making sure we were all happy. Fantastic beach with great cocktails. The staff were the stand out in every department, but specially Kelvin on the concierge desk. SO friendly, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and gave us amazing advice when we asked for assistance.

Location was a little further out than we'd thought, but rideshare was so inexpensive it really didn't matter

Despite this being off-season our experience at the Pullman Resort Danang was most excellent. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms just brilliant, the food (at the main restaurant) delicious, the staff just wonderful and location location location... It's a must-try if you happen to be in Danang. We'll certainly be going back to stay there again. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Asia. We just loved it.

Azure restaurant was very 'meh' compared to the main restaurant. It was also the beach restaurant, so I would have thought it would have had more allure. Food was ever so, so so. This is the only thing I can actually 'fault' at the Pullman.

Beautiful private beach, clean and comfortable facility, good breakfast. Yoga class in the open air every morning was refreshing and fun! Staffs were extremely friendly and always helpful when we needed support. I wanted to switch the room with different bed type and staff (sorry forgot the name..) went extra mile to find a room with the view I wanted. MyMy was very helpful arranging day-trips to town and info about BaNa Hills. This is my second stay at this hotel, would definitely come back again.

Better fruit choices at breakfast. Spa needs more experienced massage therapist.

Our Room was lovely and nicely furnished and had a nice balcony with comfortable chairs. Good air con. Breakfast was brilliant - there was something for everyone. The hotel is right on the beach which is very beautiful. Pool towels and loungers were plentiful. The hotel is close to many bars and restaurants and the staff are very friendly and helpful

The pool area is very plain, and starting to look a little tired. Its ok but not as nice as the Premier Village pool next door! The concierge booked us a taxi one day (yellow taxi) which overcharged us. We took a 5 min journey which is usually VND30,000 and the taxi driver charged us VND350,000. We complained to the hotel when we got back and they called the taxi driver back to question him - and we got a refund. Beware of the yellow taxis - check what is on their meter before you start your journey and question any overcharging. Taxis in Danang are very reasonable but these guys rip you off. Best to use Grab taxis Well done to the hotel though for sorting it out for us.

The suite was well appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Breakfast was excellent. The facilities were great.

It seems like the staff need better training when dealing with customers as we faced some issues. When we checked in, we had opted for an extra bed which was included in our room rate, but we were told that it would cost extra. After showing the staff the booking.com screenshot and after much deliberation, they finally conceded that it was included. The breakfast staff made it a habit to let us know that we would have to pay extra for the child's breakfast which was not included in our room rate. Once again we had to keep showing them the screenshot which clearly mentions that the rate was inclusive of breakfast for all persons. This became a joke for us daily. In all the staff were very friendly but could not take any decisions and had to refer to their managers for all queries.

If you want to be on the beach you'll enjoy the Pullman. We enjoyed laying under umbrellas on the beach having a few drinks. Although best to do any drinking during happy hour as the prices are a little high for Vietnam. The room was a nice size, clean with a nice balcony and all areas of the hotel clean. The hotel has a beautiful pool. Their breakfast buffets is one of the larger we ran across with good variety of foods choices, but I'd say I wasn't overwhelmed with it. We like walking the beach in the morning although were surprised with how much debris washes up on the beach.

I would say this was a little more expensive than I would expect it to be. Also I mentioned the debris along the beach, we were there 3 days and walked the beach barefoot and would get a black "tar" like covering on our feet that was hard to wash off. The street side location takes some walking to get to some of the restaurants.

Everything was awesome ! Staff from reception to concierge , to the house keeping, to restaurants and life guards, everyone was always happy and warm. Staff NY gave us a good start when we check in, patiently helping us on the check in as we were too early for the check in time, explaining the facilities and program. Value add program like Yoga lessons from instructor Thuynguyen was great too, we enjoyed thoroughly. Free use of surfing board, kayak is really a plus, with such attentive life guards always. The swimming pool itself is big enough for kids to play, and for people who want to do some swimming. Breakfast was awesome daily. Had our fill that lunch can be skipped. One of my friend even got to do baguette lessons with the chef one of the afternoon. We also had a dinner buffet with good spread of seafood and meat, and wine too! The resort is sitting on My Khe beach, and guests have a private beach , and the beautiful and clean beach is really a big plus why we choose Pullman resort. We had a good brisk walk daily on the beach for an hour before going for our breakfast. And the best opportunity to catch the sunrise at 5.30am rising from the horizon of South China Sea. Lots of sun loungers to cater for guests with a bar counter and beach lounge. Overall, a wonderful stay in Pullman Danang Beach Resort.

There were some shades of the coconut trees by the beach which is nice. If it can plant more coconut trees on the beach, the vibes will be even better.

Lovely staff at this hotel, with a great location on Da Nang beachfront and a 10-15 minute walk to the main tourist areas. Fabulous breakfast.

This was by far the dearest hotel on our tour of Vietnam, and for the price, I expected a little bit more. Its not the same standard as other Pullman Hotels in Europe and the Middle East. I’m nitpicking, but for the price I would have expected a turn-down service and mattresses on the uncomfortable sun beds. I also would have expected one of the two bars to stay open past 10pm. Those are minor details and had the hotel been more reasonably priced, I wouldn’t mention them.

Loved staying at the pullman for 3 days with friends and family. Booked the connecting room for 4 people. The breakfast buffet was definitely the hilight of our stay. Lots of dishes to choose from and service was fantastic. Staff members at the resort were so friendly and very attentive to our needs. A very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The private beach and infinity pool made the stay even more amazing. Would definitely love to go again.

It would be nice if there is a door to separate the shower area from the toilet/sink area as the water from the shower area sprays towards the entire bathroom.

The resort looks beautiful and very clean. This translated to a very clean room as well. The biggest asset the resort has is its staff. I want to make special mention of Thao in guest services. She made me feel very safe and comfortable when I fell very unwell. She rang my room every morning to check on me. She sent hot ginger tea and honey to the room each day. And, organised for a Dr. to come and treat me whilst staying with me through that process. Sadly she was not working when I left so I could not say goodbye. I feel sad that I didn’t say goodbye. But Thao is so kind, thoughtful, comforting and a great communicator. Her English comprehension was very valuable for the understanding between myself and the dr. I hope Thao is some hope rewarded for her professionalism and genuine kindness.

The room was beautiful but tired. Curtains badly repaired and sinks that block up easily. A fridge that was almost impossible to open without using something to pry it open. The main restaurant was closed the whole duration of my stay. When I was unwell the room service food was not so good. Breakfast was terrible. It was cold and looked very unappealing.
