Nice big apartment , all equipment was properly working. Well maintaind. Breakfast was rich in asian style. Every day changed. Also was possible to rent scooter for good price per day. Near by beach but in quiet area. Rooms looks same as on pictures. I can advice this apartmant hotel. I feel there really good. Small advice for hotel is that in rooms will be good have some small lamps to make night lighting more softer for eyes before sleeping or add some reading lamps ;)

Always is place for improvements. Are there some detalis which cleaning service is overlooking and can be cleaned better, like water stones marks in kitchen, some corners in bathroom. Refilling soaps regulary. But as i sad thus are only details. One more is that breakfast was super, but orange juice was full sysntetic all time. When I am in country which is growing own Oranges and different other jucy fruits I expecting to have juice from them also in breakfast.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned everyday with new towels, bedding etc. The apartment had everything you needed and looks brand new. Staff is super helpful. When you needed something it was there within minutes. The bed is very comfy and it is really quiet.

Two things which would make the place even better: Some cozy lights, like a bedside lamp, would have been awesome. Really dark curtains for in the bedroom.

Very nice staff and the vibe in the accomedation. Room is just like on the pictures. Location is 10min walk from the beach and 15min walk to the restaurant area.

Not many restaurants close to the hotel (500m or so), but even that is not a problem, because food on Grab is so cheap and good.

The place was clean and cosy. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Lighting in the apartment was bright and air con was strong. Toilet was clean and the water pressure was good. Tv had Netflix and we were surprised to discover that there was a tv in each bedroom other than the one in the living room. Price for four pax was very reasonable. It was a bonus for us that they provided daily breakfast. Overall, all four of us were really happy with our stay at Sun River Hotel and Apartment!

Just a few minor things that can be improved on are installing sockets with adaptor so guests don’t have to use their travel adaptors, and perhaps installing soft-closing for the main door (it’s quite stiff when closing it). Would be nice if they consider having bedside lamps in the bedrooms as well :)

Our apartment was spacious for two people, and the bed was so comfy! The location is close to the beach, there is a shop nearby and some restaurants. It is also very quiet here at night, which was great as I’ve heard that some places in the city can be quite loud. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and could have the bedding & towels changed daily, we didn’t need this every day but great to have the option. Wi-Fi was also quick!

No swimming pool - but you are about a 5 minute walk to the beach so this isn’t really a problem

Most comfortable beds I had so far in Da Nang. The apartment was in very good condition. The Smart TVs were great. The Air Conditioning was super quiet. Nothing was broken. It was very clean. Almost everything was as described on Booking. Also the staff was very friendly and my suitcases been brought to the apartment for me.

Not a lot to be honest. I had a great stay and enjoyed it a lot. 3 improvements: To avoid confusion the property shouldn‘t say „payment in advance“ but „payment at property“ when the payment is actually made at the property. The staff should improve English skills as the communication was very difficult. And grab delivery drivers should be allowed to use the elevator as this is an apartment building. I always had to go down and get the delivery at the lobby. That was inconvenient.

Firstly the staff here is superb. They were all so polite and helpful and equally attentive to everyone. I have never experienced such excellent service before. I visited Vietnam 3 years ago and did not have a pleasant experience with one of the hotel. Since then I was wary of coming back here. I am glad to say that Sun river staff changed my attitude towards Vietnam and I am so glad I came back and I now have happy memories of this country. They also offered us free breakfast for our entire stay in celebration of reopening after covid. The rooms were squeaky clean and well equipped. The location is central with many eateries and cafes nearby as well as the My Khe beach. Grab food is delivered here at whichever time of the night you want it.

I loved everything about this place.

Located in a quiet area of Da Nang, surrounded by many coffee shops and places to eat, it's perfect if you want a relaxing holiday. Staff are very friendly, morning breakfast is ok for what you paid for. The room is nice and spacious and clean, great for family and kids friendly as we travel with 2 kids. About 8 mins away from Da Nang beach district and good place to explore local business. We would definitely stay here next time.

This was my first time in Vietnam & my partner & I really picked the best place to stay. It was awesome & really met all our expectations. The staff were so friendly, the place was so comfortable & large. I just loved it so much. Gosh I wish I could start my trip all over again with them.

Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is not bad. Rooms equipped very well. Good location with good cafes and restaurants around. Near to a beach.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbors very well. Clean service could do they job better especially related to bedding.
