I stayed at this hotel twice, and I definitely enjoyed my experience. As someone from the US, where the Radisson Hotel brand used to be regarded as a more down-market option and wasn't highly esteemed, my expectations were vastly exceeded here where the experience was much more upscale. This hotel is new, very modern, and well-designed, with amazing facilities. One of my favorite features is the covered pool area; despite the frequent rain, I was still able to sit outside near the pool and enjoy the fresh air. The sea view from the rooms with balconies is stunning, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Hotel staff english proficiency seened higher than other places in the area.

Biggest downside here is the food, which did not live up to the overall quality of the stay. While the breakfast service was decent, I found all other dining options to be mediocre and overpriced, especially given the abundance of delicious and affordable food in Vietnam. I often chose to order from Grab instead of eating at the hotel when I didn't feel like leaving. All of my interaction's with hotel staff was all positive. They were very friendly and helpful when I needed anything, so this is more of an opportunity— but I don't think it was necessarily five-star level service. 5-star hotel is much more attentive toward guests so perhaps work on elevating that aspect of the experience can help this feel even more like a 5 star hotel.

The best 5 star experience of my life! Everything was perfect, amazing staff, great drinks, amazing modern room, superb balcony, ultra comfy bed and superb amenities! Special thanks to Viki for constantly supporting us in our requests and for her kind hospitality! This hotel should make the benchmark for the whole world!

Swimming pool was not functioning, that was the only downside I can think of! But the sauna and whirlpool compensated it!

The staff, everyone was very helpful especially Vikki! Two of us in the group celebrated our birthday there and they surprised us with a cake inside the room. They also arranged a private car for us to tour Da Nang and Hoi An, they also arranged a mini bus for the airport transfers. Love the caramel popcorn in the lobby!

Comfortable and modern hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety of Western and Asian dishes. The hotel has good amenities like a pool, gym and rooftop bar. Rooms have a beautiful contemporary design, and beds are every comfy.

The hotel is pretty new so everything is nice and clean. Big plus. Staff is nice and helpful.

2 things were missing. The swimming pool were under renovation. That info should have been in the description so guests are informed about that before booking. Also my wife missed the hotel standard slippers.

We booked a hotel with swimming pool facilities. It is disappointing that it was not available when we arrived. If the pool is not available you need to inform the clients in advance so that we could arrange another hotel.

95% Breakfast not for Muslim for other religions. I think this country people or this hotel management don’t want Muslim can come in this country.

Clean and the location is great

The pool was closed. I did not get the emails when I booked. It would be good if they did not have the heated pool

Great value for money

It runs a bit too commercial with staff not really engaging unless requested to. Location is great during summer but not the best in the off-season.
