The room was big and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly, but they had some difficulty understanding English, so we had a few misunderstandings.

The pool was small, and the building is not tall enough to get a good look at the beach, so even though it is close to the beach, I wouldn’t call it beachfront. We ordered pickup from the train station, but they weren’t there when we arrived, and we couldn’t get a hold of them trying to figure out where and when they would be there, so we had to order a grab instead.

This is my 2nd time staying at the Haka Boutique Hotel, there have been some changes since the last time I was here. But the kindness & willingness to help the quests hasn't. The staff are exceptional & made my stay enjoyable.

The restaurant is closed. They had really good food.

We stayed for three weeeks. Very good location near the beach. 30 walk to big shopping mall Vincom. 7-10 min walk to a kids playground. A lot of restaurants in a walking distance. We didn't hear other guests. Maybe we were lucky with guests, maybe it's good soundproofing. A couple days we had mosquitos in our room. The rest of our stay we used AC and didn't open windows when it was dark. A big appartment, with a separate sleeping room. Very good for staying with an infant. Baby stroller friendly hotel. We stayed in an appart-t on the top (5th) floor. And we spend one night in the appart-t with a sea view on the top floor. The sea view is great, but we loved another room more. The sea view room is under the sunlight and becomes hot very quickly. The sea view room is a little smaller and there are no shelves in a tall dresser. Mostly quiet neibourhood. Good neibourhood for walking, low traffic. Unfortunately, you can see rats in the streets (it's not the only location with rats in the city). We were there in January. It was cold to use the pool. And the water in the pool was cold.

Opening the sleeping room door is tricky. No safe in the appartment.

Haka Boutique Hotel is the loveliest place I've stayed in Vietnam so far. It has all the advantages of a bigger hotel (buffet breakfast, swimming pool) without the downsides (noise, crowds, faceless impersonal service). The room including the bathroom are very clean and spacious, with all the in-room amenities of a bigger, more expensive hotel. But at Haka you get more: the personal attention and service that is what makes trips memorable. Here I want to thank and spotlight Khai, who really went above and beyond. From making recommendations to arranging transfers, he did it all. But the one that blew us away was when he rode to a restaurant we wanted to try (but didn't have a number to call) just to make sure it was open for dinner (being Xmas and the weekend) to make a reservation for us. This was truly service that came from the heart (and not an instruction manual).

The facilities, clean, and good value for money.

The restaurant was closed, the minibar was empty, and the staff were not warm at all, especially the night staff. Really lacking hospitality, but otherwise amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me book tours directly from their lobby. They charge a little extra for this service but i would say it is worth it. You can find cheaper tours in the city centre I'm sure. The hotel was clean, very comfortable and I had a great stay overall.

The location. Was too far to walk to the centre of town. Also the beach access path from the hotel at night is extremely dark, there's no lights and you have to walk extra to get to the part of the beach from where you can access it easily at night. Everything else about the property was great, just that the location wasn't ideal for me.

The location of the hotel was great, a very short walk to the beach. Spacious and comfortable rooms, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The pool up on the rooftop was a really nice space to relax. We rented a scooter from the hotel for a reasonable 150,000 VND for 24 hours. Haka Boutique Hotel is fantastic value for money for the service you receive. We would happily stay here again if we came back to Da Nang.

The scooter we rented could have been better quality. The brakes were a bit loose and the lights didn't work great at night.

The hotel is fine and the staff were helpful. There are emough food options and it is served within minutes of ordering. Very close to the beach and some supermarkets. The internet connection was stable. There is a nice cafe around the corner. Above all, the value for money was really good!

Half of the window was covered by the wall of the next building. But it is not a problem for me as I was not in the room during the day.

Super helpful and friendly staff, especially the guy who is always at the reception. Please ask him about where to eat, especially seafood! The place he suggested is extraordinary! Hotel facilities are very complete. It's super cheap and worthy considering breakfast are provided. The location of the hotel is super nice! It's very quite and there's mini mart nearby. They even provide scale to weigh your luggage if reqested. They have hair dryer, slippers, bathrobe, water boiler, towels, all types of soap for showering.

The blind to cover the window in toilet is too small, still managed to see through. The room is still slightly dusty for people who has sensitive nose like me. The aircon in the lobby is turned on once in a bluemoon. The soundproof is weak but luckily me and my friend are not affected by it. Hotel transport need to paid by ourselves which is not mentioned to us in advance. The swimming pool is not as picture, it's super small.

The staff was perfect, everyone trying their best to make my stay pleasant. The executive room was spacious and well appointed. Dinner was very inexpensive and tasty. They got me a scooter for the same price as a shop. Great stuff!

The hotel should put up signs asking guests to stay quiet or even ask them directly. 2 families were occupying 2 adjacent rooms with doors open and screaming from one to the other. I know it's not the hotel fault. The hotel has only been open for a month so I'm sure things will get even better.
