I enjoyed my time on the boat and sitting on the roof deck is when I could feel the magic of the beautiful Bay. The facilities on the boat were comfortable and clean.

The first lunch on board was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately the following meals were not to that same satisfactory level. Definitely not where you will have your best meals in Vietnam. I booked two nights, one night would have been enough. Even though, Lan Ha Bay is only on the 2 nights itinerary and it was our favorite as we were able to jump and swim from the day boat.

- The room (Junior suite) was really spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The shower was exceptionally good for a boat. The private balcony was a great plus, we sat there a lot enjoying the views and the quietness. - The boat itself was really quiet. - The boat isn't packed with people, there are not that many cabins which makes the cruise really relaxing. - The guide was really friendly, he always had a smile on his face. - There were a lot of activities to choose from, but they don't make you feel obligated to participate. - The food was really good. I thought it would be just so so because it was on a boat, but is was actually very nice. - Having read some comments about Ha Long bay, I must say I was pleasantly surprised, because it wasn't that crowdy at all. Ok, there were other boats, but it was actually really quiet and relaxing. - The limousine ride to the boat was comfortable, not a lot of legspace, but manageable for someone who's 1m88. - Anna, the person who arranges everything for the cruise was super helpful and really friendly! - For the price we paid, I doubt you can find a more luxurious cruise than this one in Ha Long bay.

- The limousine bus could do with a little more legspace. - Drinks on the boat are expensive (for Vietnam), but it's probably like that on every cruise in Ha Long bay. - A fridge in the room would have been nice.

This trip cannot be classed as a cruise, as we actually did not go far from the port. You are taken off the cruise and put on a day boat. Would recommend 1 night rather than 2 nights. Not enough information on booking.com as there was lots of communication on WhatsApp after the initial booking.

I have researched so many cruise options on Halong Bay, and eventially my choice landed on Arcady cruise. It offered the route that we wanted (including Titov island, Surprising Cave) and activities like kayaking and tai chi. Everything went smooth without delays. The boat and rooms were in a great condition, the food was really (!) good, the atmosphere was amazing.

The staff were amazing, especially Henry and Anna, made our trip very special. The food was pretty nice and we were properly taken care off every step of the way. We did two days, but would've preferred to even go for a third day to take more in and enjoy some more involved items on the itinerary.

Cruise is very well organized . bus comes on time whether for collection from Hanoi or for taking back from Halong. Guides speak good English . the room had all the amenities you may need , was very clean . there was a welcome gift of a very nice bouquet of real roses 🌹, and a plate of fresh fruits . nice program during the cruise including hiking , swimming and kayaking . they respect the program and you get all what you paid for . loads and loads of food , freshly cooked with a good variety .

overpriced . kitchen helpers were not wearing gloves while preparing food.

Our tour guide Henry was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, funny and chatty, so the whole tour was very interesting and we got to know many interesting (fun) facts. Also he had very good English skills. The complete staff at the cruise was very polite and accomadating and everyone tried their best to fulfill everyone's needs. Communication before, during and after the tour with Lewis was great. He made sure that we were at all times doing well. Also we could pay in cash at the cruise and thus avoid the 3% credit card surcharge. Even though the whole experience might be a bit pricey (in general all cruises, not this one in particular), it's definetely worth it. The Ha Long views are spectacular.

The schedule of the cruises are all pretty similar, so that some spots you visit get a bit crowded. Upon inquiry, we were informed that due to government regulations, theres not much of a flexibility for the cruises. The rooms are not that spacious, even though we already got an update to the next category for free. But absolutely fine for one night. Drinks (besides) water are not included in the price. For Vietnam prices, they are a bit pricey, however still ok

Amazing experience - the Boat was gorgeous, food was delicious! All the excursions included were so much fun and very well organized. Our tour guides were Son and Henry, and both guys were great! Had great English and were very helpful and informative. And our room was lovely, great view, shower was great, and the balcony was a lovely way to unwind after kayaking.

Overall fantastic experience, we only had 2 very small cons and they really weren't that big of deal. 1. Meals included were lovely but didn't include a glass of water with the food. Water cost extra. 2. The day boat excursion tour had a vendor on board selling things and was very pushy which was kind of frustrating

Everything was pretty close to perfect. The boat is gorgeous, has great conditions, bed and bath are super comfortable, staff is extremely helful (even the ones that don't speak english). It's definitely a well worth experience! Food is very good, they even let us repeat a couple of favorites.

If anything, the internet connection could be improved. There was no internet in the rooms and it failed sometimes in the restaurant and deck. But with that view and activities...who needs internet?

The food was ok. The trips were fun but the first day we went to more of the touristy places which I didnt like as much. But the second day we went to more secluded areas which was awesome! I dont think I would have been as happy with just one night.

Our room had a leak from the roof, so the floor was wet because of that. There is no wifi in the rooms. It was very strange that we couldn't choose what we got for breakfast. We just got a plate with something that the staff chose. The cooking class only tought us to do one type of spring roll - I expected more.
