It a super modern hotel and very new, clean and the staff are fabulous. All the facilities you need like multiple pools (one heated) +bars and restaurants and a gym. The local area is however a bit barren and lifeless with many empty condos and partially built hotels and other developments. You can however take a free bicycle and ride for a couple of k's to the local food streets with great seafood. In the height of summer it may be raging, but in Feb the area was pretty deserted.

Halong is not really my thing and has many hi-rises and is very touristy (without the actual tourists). Probably still recovering from Covid. The hotel is however great if you need to be in the area.

Nice building with good interior and very helpful staff. Apartments are spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The hotel provides all the services and we liked the small shop at the Groundfloor. Sunset bar serves good cocktails and outstanding views of the Bay. Breakfast is huge, more like brunch with options for every dietary preferences.

At a moment the surroundings are very abandoned with a lot of construction works around. Not that we were disturbed by the sounds, but just the filing that you are alone there - no vibrant city/beach life. All tourist attractions are in quite the distance, thankfully the hotel provides bicycles free of charge.

We stayed here for one day before heading out to our Ha Long Bay cruise. Nice hotel with great gym and pool facilities. Would recommend if you decide to stay in Ha Long city. Note: Ha Long city itself was deserted when we were there, so not worth it to stay there more than one day... The hotel is nice though! Some things that made our stay: - Nice pool on the 30th floor with great view of the bay. (The outside pool on third floor was closed due to some maintenance during our stay) - Good gym facilities also with a nice view of the bay. - Good location in a quiet area, although a lot of construction ongoing. Hotel provides free bikes to use and cycle to the town center. Some nice local restaurants around the corner (such as Banh mi etc)

- Although the rooms and facilities inside are nice, from the balcony view it was visible that the hotel itself was pretty damaged, might be due to the recent typhoon?

We had an excellent 1 night stay here before going on a cruise in Halong Bay. The hotel is new so everything is nice and clean. The studio we booked had everything you needed for a longer stay as well with a small kitchen equipped with all you would need to cook if you wanted to. We had a nice balcony as well with great views of the bay. The hotel has a laundry room where they have washers and dryers you can use ( you buy the coins from the reception), and they also provide the laundry detergent. We booked the half board option, so for dinner, we had a set menu. The food was very good. I would happily return to this hotel.

Great rooms, restaurants and especially the rooftop bar.

Nice view but nothing to do around the hotel and no beach access.

Great to have the social room, good kids play area, and two pools. Also good to have a convenient store downstairs. Great for families. The breakfast was excellent. Good selection of fruit, Vietnamese local food, pastry, bread, coffee and typical western options. The quality of the Vietnamese food was better than some of the supposedly good restaurants. It was a shame those options were not available at other times during the day.

Location not very easy for food, and restaurant in the hotel has limited Vietnamese option. It'll also be nicer for the outdoor pool to be heated. I thought the booking was a two bedroom apartment, but it was really two adjoining rooms. Both have its own "kitchen", but there were only enough cutlery for tea and coffee. Not the two bedroom apartments I had in mind. I had also wrongly assumed the apartment comes with a washing machine. Laundry tokens are somewhat pricy, and only the more expensive true two bedrooms apartments have a washing machine.

We stayed at the hotel for Christmas eve and was pleasantly surprised by the buffet organised. The hotel clearly aims at high standard and it was a nice surprise. The heated indoor pool was also heated after we mentioned it was too cold (though in the end we did not use it as my son got ill). This hotel also booked our Ha Long cruise at last minute. It aims at providing luxury services and though staff still needs to learn some hospitality tricks (like serving a Prosecco cold!) they are motivated and always smiling.

Really great hotel in all ways. Amazing facilities such as two pools, a large gym, two restaurants and a rooftop bar. Furthermore, our room was spacious and clean, with a nice view over Ha Long Bay. The staff is friendly and we even had the chance of meeting the restaurant manager who offered us a tailored 11 courses menu. Lastly, the breakfast in this hotel is the most extensive and incredible I have ever seen. Next time we’re in Ha Long, we’ll definitely book this hotel again!

Although the location itself is very modern and peaceful, it’s relatively far away from the city center. However, the hotel has a minimarket right next to it and by taxi you’re only 5 min away from almost everything. Additionally, the area is currently advancing so in the near future there will be much more to do too!

Location is good, but a tad far from the town. There are restaurants not too far away, but it took a little exploring to find them. Beach below is not in use. Bikes were a bonus and came in handy. Solid breakfast. Apartment we had was very spacious. Gym was good. The pools were not heated...the indoor one had slight warmth to it. This would have made our stay much more enjoyable. Staff were friendly and the manager was excellent taking care of one issue related to booking for me. Just a note, that there are some bookings for private apartments which are not the hotel itself, but rather an individual on the condo side.

All good as mentioned.

Amazing breakfast, very clean rooms, comfy beds, great bathroom and views of Halong Bay. Staff were very helpful and would accommodate any request, it was a real luxury experience staying here. The pool was lovely and the gym facilities were brilliant. If you stay here- definitely go to the rooftop bar- it is a little expensive for Vietnam prices but is totally worth it for the experience of drinking amazing drinks whilst looking at the skyline!!!

We are very glad we stayed here as the experience was lovely, but it is clearly in an area of development across the whole of Halong at the moment. The hotel itself is completely finished and polished to perfection, but in the surrounding area there is building work going on. It didn't spoil our stay in any way, but it does mean that you currently don't have direct access to the beach outside the hotel. When this is finished though I'm sure the hotel will cost twice as much!!
