The hotel was upscale and luxurious, and the security was great. The breakfast was very varied! The staff at the hotel were excellent.

The hotel is not close to the beach, so it does not have a private beach. They would get upset when we asked for more water in the room.

Firstly all staff were excellent, all were very accommodating, going above and beyond their duties 5 stars. Secondly the Stunning Views from our Bathroom and Bedroom on the 16th floor were spectacular. Thirdly we loved the automatic lifts that were operated using our room key, there was then an announcement to inform us of which lift would be arriving first.

Personaly this is totally my opinion, I would have liked the Bathroom and Bedroom reversed as the large vast windows of the bathroom had such a great view, I would have preferred to look at the view from my bed. Having said that the view from the bedroom was really was nice.

Not close proximity to bars and restaurants. They provided us two small complimentary water and charged us for two bottles of water later on which we assumed was free given room rates this should be expected to be given.

Room was clean and bed comfortable

You had to pay a lot for bottled water in the room The out door pool was closed with no prior information The indoor pool which was open bar was closed and smelt of strong chlorine kids screaming and jumping in the pool like it was a slash park not relaxing at all. Nowhere to sit outside. The staff didn’t know if the bars were open/ closed we were up and down the lift every where was shut… although we did finally get a drink served in the lobby bar eventually!

The hotel services are extremely bad and we are very unhappy: - They had lots of construction workers doing heavy repairs and constructions with heavy machinery on the pool while we were swimming all day. They were welding metals and cutting them, there was a heavy chemical smell all over the pool while we are swimming from 1pm throughout the whole day. It was also very noisy and not relaxing at all - 80% of the bars and restaurants aren’t even operating. All the pool bars aren’t operating and left empty. The main restaurant on 25th floor isn’t operating either. Most of the time we asked to buy a drink we were told they can’t serve us and this is all in the morning, afternoon, late afternoon so not late - They turn off the pool heating throughout the day. They also turn off the jacuzzi. You have to go ask them to open it for you (even at 2pm we had to go ask) and by that time it is very cold because it takes a lot of time to heat up - The food quality and taste is horrible, it tastes very old and using the cheapest materials, no flavour or spices. The coffee is horrible even in restaurant, they only use ready coffee packs. Wine quality is very poor but overpriced still - On the pool they don’t allow us to take the towels to our rooms, so we have to walk in the cold air conditioner and across 10 floors to get to our room while we are wet and cold because they dont give us towels to the room - The cleaners are really bad. They didn’t clean anything, they left all the cutlery and cups unwashed, didn’t wipe any of the counters, mop or vacuum. They only changed the bedsheet and that’s it - The sauna and steam facilities aren’t free, they asked us to pay extra for them even as guests while this isn’t advertised on their Website or Expedia page - It feels like a non functioning hotel or one that barely has any staff because they’re trying to save money, with most of the facilities closed, they’re trying to overcharge for everything while most of the services aren’t ev
