The room had everything you needed such as a kettle and washing machine. cleaners came regularly and cleaned our room for us before coming back home.

the receptionist at the front desk wasn't that friendly. our shower leaked water through the whole bathroom.

The staff was usually kind and helpful, room and the bed were comfy. This area is full of many coffee shops and many different kinds of restaurants.

When I checked in, the young lady at the reception (not the new staff!), put me first in the small room (18 sqm), with no lake view, despite I reserved and PAID for the large apartment (35 sqm) with a lake view. I had to complain and wait for the proper size room, but no lake view :( The cleanliness gets worse than last time.

The location is great which is next to West Lake although the lakeside road is small is and normally occupied by the residents and vehicles in this area. The lake view is really a plus.

The property owners and staff member may need to pay more attention to cleanness to ensure that smell and dust are always removed in a properly manner. More instructions on use of public transport (land transport), e.g., from airport to the property are needed, especially for those who are solo travelers. Taxi is good but traffic jam is a big issue in HN.

The location and the place was the best i stayed in vietnam.. Not too crowded and not too boring. Perfect balance. There are a lot of good cafes around. If you are a coffee lover there are many good coffee places and a lot of good local food places in walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly, and they clean the rooms daily. The city center is a few km away and you can book a grab taxi and be there in a few minutes. We had a great time there. I highly recommend this place

Top tier prime location right at the lake -- all the best street food of Hanoi is within walking distance. There is a cafe downstairs and many other pretty ones not far away. The reception is very helpful, especially when we requested for an expedited clothes drying in the middle of the night for our early flight the next morning.

Our room certainly has history -- a renovation not far due. That said, everything is very well maintained & didn't affect our quality of stay at all.

Location was nice as the hotel is situated at the big West Lake. Staff was great, helped me out with a few things, including ordering food one night as there was such a downpour that I couldn't go back outside after arriving in a taxi. There is also a kitchen with a few things so you can cut or even cook something.

The only downside for me was that my room didn't have a view, neither a lake nor a garden view. It was ok though as I went into the room for sleeping only.

A/C is not working properly ( long time to be cool in room, i had to borrow the fan, lucky that the housekeeping was very kind. When i booked on decription mention about bathtub but when i arrived receptionist inform that they change and update on booking earlier, after that i check again on my booking all information has change. That's a pity i forgot to make a screen shot! I paid by Credicard, hotel surcharge 3% fee for the bank. So according to the law of Vietnam this is definitely ilegal since 2014, hotels are not allow to charge customers. Punishment will be 30 to 50 million dong to the hotel if the banks acknowledge this case ( i have screen shot) No Netflix only tvbox Snack is expired
