Overall, our stay at the property was excellent. Right from the first meet-and-greet, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately broke the ice between management and customers. This personal touch set a positive tone for our entire experience. We loved the property overall. The property's attached coffee shops and convenience stores made our stay even more convenient. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Although the property was about a 20–30-minute walk from the city centre, we found the location convenient due to its proximity to various shopping facilities. This allowed us to explore the area easily and enjoy some retail therapy without having to travel far. The property itself was clean, fresh, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay. The accommodations were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of five adults and two children. Additionally, the beds were notably comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Atlanta Residences is an Excellent property, nice room, excellent service. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this residence for anyone visiting Hanoi. I will choose this place as the one I return Hanoi for any business trip, I will stay here! Thank you Ms. Tu Property Manager and all receptionist for your outstanding job.

The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. The staff even removed their shoes before entering the apartment when they helped us with the luggages! That's when I knew the floors will be sparkling clean for us to step around bare feet. It immediately feels like home the moment we enter. It's also fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable extended stay.

The bath tub might not be designed ideally, leaving gaps that causes water to flow out and flood the bathroom floors everytime we shower. Not a huge issue, but could be a concern for family with young children or elderly.

The apartment was superbly equipped and even little things such as detergent for the washing machine were supplied free of charge - excellent value for money. I was given a free upgrade to a 2 bed apartment - although I did not require the additional beds this gave me the requested large walk in shower. The reception and daily cleaning staff were friendly and very efficient. The location was excellent for my purposes - just a 15 minute stroll into the centre of town which meant that the immediate vicinity was a little quieter with traffic noise, however, there are many cafes right on your door step. The convenience store on the ground floor was being refurbished during my stay which led to a little extra building noise and a 5 minute walk to the next nearest convenience store- this was not a problem but the in-house convenience store would have been great addition to my stay. The bathrooms could do with redecoration, suffering from some discolouration to grouting, however perfectly acceptable. Overall highly recommended and I will stay again.

High standard of housekeeping and maintenance. Spacious, well appointed apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen has a good selection of plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils and pots. Large water bottle provided in the kitchen so we did not need to buy water. Large, comfortable sectional sofa with a cushioned footrest that easily seats 4 people comfortably. Comfortable easy chair with cushioned footrest. Living space is light and airy. Dining table with 6 chairs. Every bedroom has a large window or sliding door that opens onto a balcony. Rack for drying clothing. Washing machine that has been kept clean and fresh. Very clean bathrooms. Towels refreshed daily.

The location was not that convenient but we just used Grab to get a taxi A good bakery nearby for breakfast would make this property perfect.

Firm comfy bed. Very helpful staff. Equipped kitchen with all in one washer dryer. Lots of closet space. Furniture layout perfect for relaxing the entire day if desired. Location in outskirts of old Hanoi within walking distance of local restaurants and cafes. This is a great place for a couple to stay for an extended vacation.

Nothing negative to say about the property but we got scammed by the cafe across the street that gave us a menu without prices. Beware Cafe Tran.

People might feel this place is a little further away from the center aka old quarter but I would much recommended and happier to be at this part that is not to noisy, hectic or filled with exhaust polluted air as in the centre of old quarter. Grab taxi is very cheap to anywhere so such a distant is negligible. Having washing with dryer is gold when travelling with family. Very spacious apartment, even for single bedroom one. Highly recommended on your stay in hanoi. The staff especially the receptionist are the golden star . Beyond helpful if u asked me. Any issue they try their best to help you..just gold. I can only hope the hotel look after them well in return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. We even got a free upgrade because we made a mistake when booking. The superior room is incredible. You walk in and immediately feel at home. It is very clean, spacious and smells good. The room is cleaned daily. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The location is great, which is why it was nice and quiet. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the old town. The staff is also very polite and accommodating. There is a Circle K right next door, which is very convenient. All in all, I can highly recommend Atlanta Residence and the next time we are in Hanoi, we will come back here.

We stayed at this property for just over three weeks to get away from the humidity in NQ. Matt the main man could not do enough for us, up graded our apartment even brought as a new toaster for our apartment, once the girls worked out we wanted a toaster not another toppa🤣🤣🤣, and gave us a fare well gift. All the staff were very happy and helpful. It is located about 20 minute walk from the old quarter or $4 in a grab car. At a home bar right next door, $2 tiger stubbies, bottle shop around the corner, baker 3 blocks down and wet market close by selling fresh produce and meats. If you want a great location, great service and mix with the locals this is the place to stay🍷🍷🍷🍺🍺👍😉
