Lovely garden view room with a great TV with streaming services. Super lovely staff and reception!

Wouldn’t recommend the area for average tourists unless you’ve hired a bike or are local/ are planning on a longer stay, it’s quite far from the city and is a more fancy area if you’re into more luxury experiences The lake is nicer from afar

The place was very cute. It had the essentials and the bed was quite comfy. The AC was very good as well. The location is very convenient as there's a convenience store and many restaurants nearby. It's easy to get a taxi/motorbike from there as well.

Although many reviews mention it is quiet, it is not if you're sensitive to noise. I could still hear minor traffic/horns beeping along with people talking in the hotel. The AC can drown out most of the noise though. In addition, the curtains are also quite thin, so a lot of light shines through in the morning.

Beautiful design of the building and the rooms. The studio was spacious and had a balcony with a view on the calm nearby area. The location was amazing, just a few minutes walking to the West Lake, as well as restaurants and shops. I enjoyed staying there so much more than in the noisy Hanoi city centre.

The room was clean. Good area in Tay Ho. Very quiet. Will recommend it. Friendly staff. Responsive with messages, too.

Though I confirmed the booking with a credit card, the hotel wanted cash. They did not charge the card I had provided via booking.com Withdrawing cash the night before leaving the country was not fun. Check with the hotel you're booking whether they accept credit card payments. Other than that, great accommodation.

The room is nicely decorated, neat and got eveything you need for a comfy stay. - The staff was really helpful. - Free 2 bottles of water. - Nice bamboo closet. - AC is working great. - I love the West Lake area so this location is perfect. So many eateries nearby open till late and a cicrle K to buy some personal stuff, etc.

No lift 😆 We were on 4th floor so it was a bit of a work out. Otherwise, okay okie.

The room is clean and spaceous. The toilet is modern and has strong water pressure..the wifi is strong as well

It has no elevator.. our room was not cleaned for the five days that we stayed there.. the hotel is hard to find but since it is just across intercontinental hotel so we used the said hotel when we book a grab to easily locate the hotel

The location was great, the room was spacious with strong aircon and the nicest bathroom we’ve had! The lady at reception was so lovely and helped us with our laundry too! Would stay here again.

Only thing to note is that there was construction that would begin outside at around 7am, so we did have to put earplugs in.

Great little hotel near Westlake, the staff are super friendly and will help with anything that you require. The place has laundry facilities, and a cool rooftop view overlooking Westlake. The place had a TV with Netflix. Overall, it was well worth the price.

I was so pleased with this hotel. Great location, very friendly staff, and a lovely little room! For the price it was unbeatable. Excellent value for the money.

Great location, easy check-in and out, shared kitchen. All the basics. Good for resting.

It is a bit noisy. Easy to hear people that are inside the building but not outside. Worth it if you don't have any sensitivities/good headphones.
