Beautiful and peaceful, I didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely book this again if I come back to Hanoi.

Definitely the best place to stay in Hanoi, on a quiet road by the small lake, but an easy walk away from the market, shops and cafes. The apartments are beautifullly designed and decorated. The kitchen is modern and well equipped if you want to cook. The washing machine and balcony make it easy to do your own laundry. There's a very nice cafe and a lovely souvenir shop on site. Staff are polite and helpful.

This apartment has a great view of the course. If you choose the lake view, you can see a wonderful sunset. There are many inexpensive traditional Vietnamese restaurants nearby. The juice you can drink at the cafe on the first floor is very cheap. If you want to experience authetic Vietnamese local culture, I recommend this hotel.

I didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely book this again if I come back to Hanoi. Thank you for your hospitality!

New, clean, great location for long stays for work.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed and I personally loved the decoration, design. The bed was super comfortable and the bed sheets, pillow case, etc were so soft, I loved it. :) The building was fairly quiet even though it was in the city center. For our last night we had a lovely balcony from where we had a great view. They had a café on the ground floor which was absolutely wonderful. The staff was polite and courteous and the atmosphere was lovely. The gift shop in the back was selling high quality, very appealing local products.

This apartment is a great size for two people my husband and I had plenty of space for our things. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. You can wake up get coffee and sit by the lake. There is food close by and you can walk to old quarter for 25 mins and see everything. Definitely recommend this place. Cuctay was very helpful with booking a car for us to and from the accommodation at an additional fee , this was very helpful and provided so much ease to our trip.

We had a room with balcony and lake view which was awesome. The room had everything we needed and was quite spacious. We choose this place since it was our first accomodation in Vietnam after a night flight and we glad we decided this way because it is located on a small island in a less crowded area therefore a quiet place compared to the Old Quarter. And if you like to walk you will make around 20 minutes to the Old Quarter or grab options are cheap and available. We liked the coffee shop down stairs as well.

Very clean and pretty Apartment. Great cafe and cute little shop. The island on which the hotel is located is quiet and has lots of good bars or other cafes.

If the water boiler is powered on the whole time the water in the shower cannot be adjusted to low temperature. Would be nice if it is possible to pay the Apartment rent online ahead, similar to other hotels on booking.com. But these are just very small details.

The apartment was a very generous size. The bed was big and super comfortable, and the balcony was fantastic. The area was lively with lots of food and drink options but quiet late at night. The coffee downstairs is lovely with very kind staff.

We didn't love the pillows, the toilet fittings were a little wonky, but all worked well. It was not spotless clean but pretty decent.
