Perfect location. Comfortable bed. Not too hard, not too soft. The adjoining room was perfect for our family of 5. One king-size bed in one room and 2 full-sized beds in the other. (It says they are twin sizes but they are a bit bigger than twin size.) Our twin girls (age 13) slept in 1 bed together and our 15-year-old daughter slept in the other bed. We had a bathroom in each room. The air conditioning was good and worked well. It was 92-96 degrees Fahrenheit during our 5-night stay. We are from America and found plenty of things to eat at their free breakfast. They had made-to-order eggs, which we took advantage of each morning. The breakfast buffet was better than most chain hotel breakfasts in the USA. I'd say the hotel is a 3/5 star, but the service is 5/5! The staff there are amazing! So, it makes this a 4/5 star hotel in my book. We would not hesitate to stay again as the value was worth it!

The room was pretty clean, but not perfect. They need to replace the bathroom grout and could have wiped down the front of the closet door. There was nothing that made us want to check out and leave though.

I am writing a review for 1st 2 nights of my stay at the hotel. Guest service was outstanding especially Kim who is sales manager of the hotel. She took care of excursions, restaurant arrangements and more. I would highly recommend booking excursions through her. Breakfast was good too. It was not like five stars hotel buffet but quality of each items were good. Air on is individual systems (pac unit built in for each room) it is Japanese product has heating function as well which is appreciated for winter visit.

There was hot water issues one morning but fixed within the day. Quality of shampoo was not good. No conditioner provided. No face towels were provided.

Great customer services from front desk Manager N staffs especially Jennie, Lucas, Nam, May n lugguge porter staff during our 3 nites stay in the hotel. All the staffs are very courteous, friendly n helpful in providing all the informations we needed as our 1st time holiday in Hanoi. Love the 50 percent discount value for money spa service provided within the hotel. Love the sumptuous breakfast spread. Highly recommended to our relatives n friends to stay in this Hotel with great customer service n cleanliness too. Love their central locations to all the tourist attractions n nearby night market happenings on Fri, Sat N Sun.Great shopping spree around the hotel vicinity. Highly recommended!

The location and the staff are superb. Didn't have any treatments but they're supposedly very affordable. Breakfast was OK, there's something for everyone. The staff even helped me afterwards in receiving a few online orders on my behalf.

Breakfast is on the 2nd floor and the noise from the kitchen and chairs being moved around can be heard in the (connecting) room just above the space on the 3rd floor. We requested a change of rooms and were lucky to get transferred to the 5th floor where the noise was no longer audible. So, avoid the connecting room on the 3rd floor for peace of mind (unless you're an early bird and like waking up at 6:00AM)

The location of the hotel is superb - just a stone's throw from the Hoan Kiem lake and from there on, all around the fun maze of streets that is Hanoi's Old Quarter........though there is bustling activity during the day, the place really comes alive in the evening with a riot of colors provided by the ubiquitous Vietnamese silk lanterns hanging all around.......the hotel in nestled between other buildings on one of these bustling streets and is reasonably well kept.......the charm of the establishment, however, is not just the property but the people manning it......Zoey, Kim, Anna, and Dave at the front desk are extremely warm, cordial, and courteous making their guests feel really welcome.......the breakfast spread has good variety and is sumptuous, the entire team looking after the guests at breakfast is really attentive, the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable......we stayed for 3 nights and my kids had a wonderful time at the property.......

We stayed in a family room with a city view. Some of the corridors leading up to the room and some of the furniture within the room would do well with some attention to maintenance........apart from this small observation, there was hardly anything else to complain about!

Super sweet hotel staff. The hotel should be proud to have them working there, could see they did their best to make sure their guests were happy, comfortable and had a lovely memorable time in the hotel. Felt so welcomed the moment we arrived ;-) All the front desk staff gave us a big big sweet smileeee and said WELCOME TO OUR HOTEL ! Nice welcome drink after some long traveling ! Breakfast was great, could already eat so early at 6.30am before joining an early day tour. Location was perfect for my bus stop to Sapa, the hotel staff even helped us to carry our luggage to the bus stop, wow, that was more than 5 star service! Amazing.

Great location, relatively big rooms with great facilities. Staff decorated the rooms with little touches that made it seem a bit more special! We did request rooms with windows, which made a big difference. Breakfast was fantastic as had a wide variety of European / Asian dishes. Great value for money.

Linen were clean and neat if a bit worn. Staff were very helpful in sorting out an extended stay for a late departure. Very friendly and informative staff.

A boutique hotel in congested old quarters. The room offers no view but it is extremely quiet in the day or at night.. No noisy traffic at all. You can definitely sleep well here. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room is clean and spacious and breakfast is good. The location is excellent too. We ventured out to sapa and Halong Bay cruise which we booked through them. Reliable. Hotel staff are so friendly, helpful and very polite.

This is a review for 2nd stay after returning from over night halong bay cruise. Reception team assigned 8th floor room which got me escape from neighbor’s cat noise. Thank you very much. Twin Bed were very comfortable, 12 hour laundry service was cheap. Again customer service responsible by sales manager Kim was fantastic.

Kettle provided in the room does not work due to type of the plug does not match.i had to call for reception.

Our group of three had a delightful experience at Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa. From the initial booking process to our actual stay, the staff was incredibly helpful. Ms. Zoey at the travel desk assisted us in arranging an overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay before our arrival in Vietnam, which was truly fantastic. Ms. Bonnie and the rest of the team were exceptionally friendly and provided valuable local recommendations for the best places to eat and things to see around Hanoi. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the city center. Our room was both clean and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delightful breakfast. We also took advantage of the hotel's spa services, which were excellent. Overall, our stay at the hotel was thoroughly enjoyable.
