The hotel was very convenient, its on the other side of the river, 10-15 min drive with taxi. The location is out of the city center but everything else was great! Amazing actually. They did our laundry for free! They had fruits everyday, we did a very late checkout and they arranged a car to take us to the airport for a very low fee. The staff were very nice. The room was big and very comfortable vs the city center rooms which are tiny, would highly recommend for families looking for a quiet place close to the center (not walking distance). Thank u!

Staff were extremely patient and helpful. Facilities were clean and they provided us with water and fruit every day. Location was not in Old quarters but was just a 15 min drive to the old quarter. They also helped organise tours and transportation.

The bathroom was clean but after the first few showers the water didn't drain as fast so that was a small issue. However we didn't communicate this to the staff as we were out doing tours mostly and leaving soon. So we didn't really give them the opportunity to rectify the problem.

Room was fab, very big and comfortable bed. Bathroom was very big and clean, television in the room with Netflix etc. All in all good value.

Despite being very close to the old quarter it is hard to get a lift back across the bridge later in the evening. Had no issues during the day just at night drivers were reluctant to leave the centre of town. Not the hotels fault but something to bear in mind when booking.

Good quiet area. If you want to get to the old quarters you need to book an uber everytime though. You can’t cross the bridge by foot. There are also a lot of stores close by, but expect no one to understand english there. Hotel is clean and good. New supplies everyday, a fridge with drinks. The rooms were extremely clean and had someone clean the room everyday, there was also complimentary fresh fruit every day, with free bottles of water and instant noodles. The members of staff and young men were very well mannered and polite and willing to help. The rooms were also extremely spacious with authentic interior.

The hotel is in a quieter area away from the main part of the city, it can get quite busy crossing over the bridge to reach the main city.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel, and the outstanding service provided by receptionists Kien and Bina truly enhanced my experience. The hotel is very close to Chuong Duong bridge. 7 minute drive to the city center. This is an oriental style hotel. Their furniture looks very good. We also booked a day tour to Ninh Binh with the hotel and they offered us a free shuttle to the meeting point. Staff is friendly. The property has a big yard and a garden. They take care of your motorcycles and cars free of charge.

Staff is super helpful even at 02:00 in the morning helping us to check in after a long bus journey from dong van. Room is cleean, bed is comfortable. Wifi and shower works amazingly proper. Stayed here twice in Hanoi. 5 star

The location was ideal. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious with River view. Quiet and clean. We will definitely come back.

Really big rooms and very clean bathrooms and quite close to everything, we asked them to keep our luggage with them for 3 hours, they happily offered us to keep the room till 3.30pm
