There is only one review from booking.com that made us keep considering whether to book or not. But after when we arrived, the hospitality, cleanliness, the breakfast selection are totally above expectations (better than many branded hotels). The bellboy is very helpful from the moment I step down from Grab, the front desk remembered which room number I'm from and did not miss out on my every request (tour booking, packed breakfast, extra drinking water, etc). Daily housekeeping is inclusive, and a wide selection of buffet breakfasts with a nice rooftop view, and smart TV, and the location is very strategic if you're a foodie, which is within walking distance to bar street and the famous eateries. Definitely will come back again if I visit HCMC next time.

The window of the shower area is half-transparent, we tested snapping with my phone camera and it is a very clear view from the building next door. We have to use a wet tissue to cover it. This is the only one missing from this good hotel, it doesn't feel safe especially for a female traveler.

What a wonderful stay it was, how I regretted that I had to leave this hotel... Thanks to this hotel and its location it was simply wonderful, you can get to all the most interesting places to visit on foot without any problem. The breakfasts were delicious, and the team that served was lovely, it was nice to see what a great team they create, the atmosphere was warm and you can see that they like working together which is very important, because guests like me really appreciate it, please give them a raise! Also, please appreciate the lovely gentlemen who open the doors and greet guests, because they also do a great job, especially in such heat and they are very nice. I know that some people do not notice these employees, but it is THEY who create this wonderful atmosphere in the hotel. Of course, I will add that the hotel rooms are beautiful, clean and have a wonderful view from the window, how on earth does this hotel only have three stars???? I recommend and greet you, dear crew <3

Everything was just PERFECT!!!

The location is conside in the city centre area. A few famous Banh Mi shops are within walking distance. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast at the rooftop is pretty good with both Western/local spread & did change every day. Bear in mind that this is a 3-star hotel, so I considered the breakfast is above average. If the price remains around USD 50-55/night, it is value for money. The shower is hot & strong enough. Only deluxe or above rooms had a proper window. The standard room has a window inside the bathroom, so there is not enough natural light.

Since it is a 3-star hotel, practically no facility. So, it's just good for people who like to go out most of the day.

Excellent location in District 1. Independence Palace, Tao Dan Park, War Remnants museum, Ben Thanh market were all a short Grab ride away. Hotel is situated on a busy main road but room wasn't noisy at all. Family room was really spacious with a lot of room for luggage. Bathroom was very large too. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning was done regularly every day and clean towels and sheets were provided.

Vegetarian options were less at breakfast. However, there were a number of bakery items that we could have. Some of the staff didn't understand English very well Although Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney streaming channels were available on the TV, none of them worked due to some connectivity issues

Big room for triple room, good breakfast, and good location.

Air-con was cold enough for the hot weather outside but it blew directly on the single bed. Temperature of shower water was inconsistent, suddenly very hot water and suddenly very cold water showered on me. Construction on roadside started at night until 1-2 am. The sound insulation was very bad and the noise make me couldn’t sleep.

The breakfast was decent, had a variety to choose from. I really liked my room, I stayed for 5 days and the room was really comfortable. Would be a bit cramped for two people but I was by self so it was great. The pillows got me sleeping really well as it was low how I liked it. Definitely convenient for where I wanted to go daily and for sure I would book here again if I were to come back to HCM. The staff were really friendly and helpful with whatever I needed especially with my luggage because I was pregnant

Not much but the duvet covers had marks on them which was a bit dirty but if it was bleached well I’m sure it’ll be clean. The reception area where people can sit and wait was a a bit stuffy and hot..

- The socket in the bathroom didn't work - There was a small water leak on the bathroom floor next to the washbasin

We were so happy that we booked this place for a couple of reasons: 1. It’s near key locations - walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, Benh Tahn market, Saigon Square, post office, etc. 2. Breakfast options were good as well - super love the Pho served every morning and their coffee! 3. All staffs are amazing. 💕 4. Clean room, good smelling shampoo and body wash 5. Noise from outside (aka cars and motorcycles) can’t be heard from the 9th floor 6. Reasonable room rates

Not the property itself, but noise from other guests (if they are loud) can be heard from the hallway.

Location: The hotel was a 30-minute drive from HCM airport, so it was convenient to travel between airport and hotel via Grab. Service: Our check-in and check-out was a smooth process. Staff was helpful with our baggage and even made recommendations to nearby coffee places. Faculties: The room was clean and well-equipped. The room came with a safe, kettle, mini fridge and well functioning hair dryer. The air-conditioning was good and you could even watch YouTube or cable TV on the television. The cupboard had hangers and two sets of towels for use. Bathroom amenities included toothbrush, comb, soap and shower caps. The shower was great, with strong and hot water. Breakfast: In addition to an egg station and toast machine, the hotel breakfast buffet featured local stir fry dishes, soups and rices. They even have a spread of fruit, yogurt, jam and cereals. Lastly, coffee and tea with the choice of sugar, condensed milk and fresh milk.

The location is ideal, and ordering online is simple. You can travel by car or bike, too. If you stay close to Bun Vien, the big road won't be as stressful during rush hour. Convenience stores, Starbucks, and Highlands Coffee can all be reached on foot. Good breakfast options included pastries, fruits, an egg station, ham, bacon, and Asian cuisine. If you want to take in the morning breeze and city view, there are open spaces both indoors and outdoors. The twin beds in my room 505, which also has a large bathroom with a glass sliding door and good hot and cold water pressure. Slippers, coffee, tea, a water heater, and a hair dryer were provided by SDB. Smart TV that can stream your favorite music or movies to your smartphone. A very helpful and friendly staff member helped us bring our luggage, opened and closed the lobby door, and held hands with a senior guest of the hotel when we first arrived.

Improved soundproofing is needed, and each bed should have at least two pillows. There was leaking from the ceiling that dropped near the amenities in my bathroom 505. It would be perfect without the leaking, so we can keep our toiletries.
