Good location, only a few minutes from the airport. Food options nearby. We appreciated the complimentary airport transfers that came with booking the room. Staff were very pleasant and attentive.

The actual room did not look like the pictures. The layout was the same, but it definitely looked more modern in the pictures and more dated in person, so we were a bit surprised when we entered the room.

Location is excellent if you are planning on going to the airport, only 10 minutes taxi ride and the hotel will arrange the taxi for you (included in the room price). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is alright, not much variety, but moves your morning hunger by a couple of hours. Room was big and bathroom had a nice bathtub. Bed had good firm mattress, which gave me a good night's sleep.

AC in my room was a bit on the loud side. Also you can hear all the sounds from the corridor.

Room: Very clean. Bed is firm but I enjoyed it. 1-2 nights stay recommended. Location: Co Op Mart and ATM down the road. Delicious banh out and banh mi street food vendor nearby. Airport Shuttle: Always kept up communication and was very accommodating when our flight was delayed multiple times. Service: Staff were very polite and helpful. Some speak English and can give directions/recommendations. We were able to check-in late without any issues. Value: Pricing was exactly as stated on Booking.com. No surprise charges.

The mini-fridge is not good at keeping things cold. The room and bathroom had a humid smell upon entering, but this smell went away shortly with the aircon circulating air. The room is a little dated with visible wear and tear compared to the photos, however this seems common in Vietnam - even in more expensive hotels. The safety box had a minor issue and came up with an "Error 1" message (correct pin, but wouldn't open). We fixed this issue by tipping the safety box on it's side, which fixed whatever issue the door was having.

From the confirmation of booking the communication with the hotel, conveniently via what’s app, was superb. The staff were all super friendly and efficient. I really valued the free airport pick up and drop off as my flights were at unsociable hours and as a lone female traveller it saved me the stress and anxiety of dealing with taxi drivers. The room was super clean and great value for money. I did not have time for breakfast. All I wanted was a few hours sleep and a hot shower, which was exactly what I had.

I found the mattress to be firmer than my liking, but it is not a big concern and it did not stop me from sleeping well and it wouldn’t stop me staying there again or recommending Hà Nội hotel.

Introduced by friends, when I arrived I was quite impressed with the hotel's location, only 10 minutes by car from Tan Son Nhat airport.The rooms at Ha Noi Hotel are modern, clean, and comfortable. All rooms are equipped with all necessary facilities such as air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. The bathroom is spacious, clean with full amenities.The staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. They are always ready to assist guests when needed. In particular, the hotel also offers free airport shuttle service, which is very convenient for guests.

Nice clean room, as we only stayed for a night between flights, proximity to the airport was convenient. Very welcoming and helpful stuff, organised transfer from and to airport, helped with luggage too. In the room everything was fine, but took some time for me to deal with a/c settings and fridge didn't seem to be working, which is not a big deal imo. Also early in the morning (around 5 am) it became very loud outside because of morning exercise routine. Those who not familiar, it's kind of national thing going everywhere, though i haven't been disturbed by it before. We had early flight so it wasn't a big deal either.

The location was very near the airport which worked well with me. I am amazed with the lady staff that welcomed me...she met me at the basement entrance, she took care of my luggages, she checked me in, and in the early morning she was even the one who prepared my breakfast. A very good multi tasker. Im sorry i forgot to ask for her name. Another plus factor is the seamless airport pick up. They gave me very clear instructions on what to do. You wont feel lost at the airport.

The breakfast is fairly good...not much choices though. But the chicken noodle soup was very good.

The hotel is close to the airport which was one of the best things since we had a flight early the next morning. Room was nice and clean. They give you the necessities and was pleasantly quiet after a long flight. The breakfast was small but quite nice with local fruits and options. Their Pho was pretty good.

Not much that I didn't like for the price you get a very nice hotel that's by the airport. Maybe they could provide more options for breakfast but that's not a huge issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Enormous bathroom. The staff were really great. Very helpful. Initially I was staying on my own but due to unforseen circumstances I had to extend my stay and they graciously allowed my wife to join me and stay for the same rate.

The bath is typically asian and quite small for larger western folk. like me. The TV was the size of a postage stamp. I had to spend quite a bit of time in the room and a nicer TV would have been lovely. There's not much variety in terms of restaurants in walking distance so bear that in mind. But all of these are minor gripes.
