Great stay. Staff were extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very quiet off from the main street. A good coffee shop next door to the hotel We had a pleasant stay. Also only five minutes to the Airport.

It's about 10-15min to the airport. There are many restaurants by walking distance. Room is large and clean. Bed is big and comfort. Value for price for a short stay near the airport.

Poor sound proof. I could hear the noise outside the room clearly. Made me awake few times because of someone open their room's door.

This hotel is located very close to the airport... it is mere minutes up the main street. I needed a PCR test before flying, and there was a location not very far away that provided this service and I could easily walk there. Some really good places to eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner nearby.

It would have been nice to be able to extend the check-out time for an hour or two without having to pay an extra fee. However, that is part of travelling and understandable given how hard the travel industry has been hit for the past couple of years.

Hera Hotel is a good budget option for those with a layover at Saigon airport. The rooms themselves were clean, although the walls are overdue for a coat of paint as they were starting to show significant evidence of numerous suitcase collisions. Staff were helpful and I didn’t notice any significant airport noise. Beds were comfortable and water pressure good.

Looks as if the breakfast room has fallen victim to COVID but there are plenty of convenience stores nearby for snacks etc. Despite this, I would be happy to stay here again.

A good clean and functional hotel with a quick shuttle to the airport. Lift. Large room. Good shower. Does the basics well for the price.

It is located in a very very Vietnamese area and food options are a real issue if you don't want 'bowel of snakefish with rice' - we could find nothing but chips that we recognised in the area which is a little rough but not, we thought, threatening.

Location is great for people between flights and those that are short city explorers. Reasonable taxi fares for city tourists spots and airport. I suggest to arrange your own taxi to and from airport, is 3 times cheaper than what the property offers.( taxi meter from airport cost 40k including airport tax and grab got me back to airport for 60k) Some shops nearby, Circle K is recommended

HCMC is difficult to walk around as the pavements are always blocked by scooters and where you can walk tghe risk of tripping is very high due to the uneven and broken paving stones. This is not the Hotel's fault

Everything. The room was spacious and comfortable. Located a short drive to the airport but in a quiet area with lots of food options nearby. After checking out and arriving at the airport, we found our late night flight had been delayed for 4.5 hours. We were able to return to our room at Hera Hotel and get some rest. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Very near to Airport. That is the only intention if you prefer to stay a night to catch a flight. Room was clean and comfort for a night stay.

A bit noisy in ground floor rooms. Can hear people talking.
