Excellent value for money. Staff were brilliant.

Avoid room 303, it seems to have cigarette smoke being vented into it from elsewhere in the building.

The staff were excellent and friendly, with a good level of English, so communication was easy. The room was clean, and everything worked as it should, including the air-conditioning. The fridge kept our water ice cold perfect for a hot day in HCMC. The breakfast choices were varied and OK. The location was also very good, not too busy, however, within easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions within HCMC.

No complaints at all. Overall, it was a very good place. If anything were to be criticised, it would be that the rooftop pool water was a little murky.

Location was good, close to Central attractions. Good having a pool with shower facilities to chill out by. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Room was big and clean with fresh towels every day. We upgraded to have a balcony which was great to be able to sit outside with a coffee or a beer.

Nothing to dislike really. The building is beginning to show it's age a bit but in fairness they were doing some renovations while we were there so probably a dressing this. Also, there is only a fairly small Foyer with very limited seating so if you needed to wait there for any amount of time it could be difficult. We asked about a transfer from the airport and was quoted VND 800,000, which we felt was very expensive. We used GRAB, the local ride share service, and this cost about 200,000 VND - big difference!

Located in District 1, close to local restaurants serving authentic Vietnamese food, HCMC pier and loads of outlets like Lacoste, Tiffany’s & Uniqlo. Rooftop pool nice and clean with 2 showers/toilets and loads of towels. Double room spacious enough for 2 singles, rooms are clean and housekeeping do an excellent job of tidying the rooms daily. Balcony is very small but enough to be able to stand out on. Aircon is ducted and works very well. Beds are comfy. Bath tub was great to soak in and bathroom was well ventilated. Good shower pressure and hot water comes through quickly. Good breakfast selection with both western and Vietnamese options. All staff are extremely helpful and accomodating!

Room service meal was very poor. I ordered the sirloin beef steak (meat was tender but seasoning was not nice), I had a total of 15 fries and my salad consisted of 2 lettuce leaves and 3 slices of tomato. That said I would happily stay again!

This hotel is exceptional. Right from the moment we entered we were greeted with smiles from staff. The foyer was shining as was the rest of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Our room had everything we needed plus a balcony and the noise from the street was minimal. Beautiful rooftop pool yes, it's on the small size only 4 deck chairs but was never an issue when we went up there. Good breakfast and HOT coffee (that doesn't happen often in buffets) as was the hot breakfast choices. The reception staff were great and very knowledgeable. WE had no problems finding food, if you like street food as we do you need to walk a little. This hotel is in the Centre of HCMC so lots of up market stores around too. We spent 9 nights in HCMC 4 here and it was a great choice.

Good choice, well-organized hotel with friendly staff. Everything was clean. The breakfast offered a diverse selection: Western and Vietnamese staples, with fresh fruit, in a buffet, where you sit with a view through a nice, large window to see the activities in the street. The clean, air-conditioned lobby is not large, but you can wait there for your taxi. The doorman does an excellent job, keeps an eye out for you, is always there to open the door, carry things up and down the stairs, and has a keen eye for helping when you need it.

The beds were a little harder than I expected, but clean and well made. While our room at the back of the building was subdued, a little dark and I would almost say, boring, it was a calm place to come back to after a day on the town. The name is confusing: this hotel is the "Annex" so make sure you or your taxi know it's not the other Huong Sen, walking distance, just down the street.

room is very clean. they also have a bath tub. very nice. the location is in downtown. very convenient and it's quiet at night.

the water volume is small. even though there is a tub, but didn't use due to weak water flow. the breakfast is at another hotel (same hotel group) about 50 meters away. a little be inconvenient

Great hotel right in the centre nice clean spacious rooms and a fab rooftop pool. I was at the back so was quiet too.

I use the gym and the running machine didn’t seem to work but it was ok as they said can use the gym and sauna at their sister hotel down the road

Great location, the pool is small but refreshing but it will drip over the edge in front of any front facing balconies! A very satisfactory hotel for the price and being in district 1. I did find that you heard all noise from the hallway and other rooms as the doors to rooms had very large gaps under them and around. But if you’ve got quiet neighbours you’ll be fine.
