My friend and I had a room each and loved everything about our stay. Our rooms were clean with comfy beds. The staff are lovely and helpful. A great location with lots of eateries and nightlife nearby. The hotel was very quiet. For our room category there are 2 rooms with a balcony and at least 1 room without. You have to request a balcony room in advance. I had a balcony room on the 8th floor and my friend a non-balcony room on the 3rd floor. We both agreed we liked the non-balcony room better - the room was much larger and had a nice seating area and a huge window. My balcony was nice but I couldn't really use it as no outdoor furniture and my room was much smaller. The views were basically the same from both rooms. My room did have a bit of a musty smell the whole time I was there whereas the other room did not. I would definitely stay at this lovely hotel again.

excellent location, central to all attractions, lots of restaurants and shops around. Elegant old style decor. Air conditioning and TV worked well. TV had a zillion channels, including international ones like CNN, BBC,DW, France 24, Australian, Japanese, etc. bed was comfortable except for the pillows. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

like many hotels, they had those over stuffed pillows. I don't understand how anyone can sleep on those. The first ones were really like footballs, I asked for flatter ones and they gave me some flatter ones, still too plump for me. They provided extra towels instead, that worked OK. The only other downside is the towels that are extremely rough, sandpaper like. Not soft and fluffy.

The location was very good, close to a 711 store and a good variety of restaurants. The room had a balcony and it was nice to look at the street life below. The room was not large but had excellent air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. There was not a great choice for breakfast which catered mainly for Vietnamese tastes, and it had to be ordered the night before. The tropical fruit which came with breakfast was lovely. The staff were exceptional, all very willing to answer questions and assist with any small problem. Would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a modest, quiet hotel at a very reasonable price. Would definitely return if ever in HCMC again.

During my recent stay at this hotel, which was my second visit, I was once again impressed by the exceptional service. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and were eager to assist with any inquiries I had. Their attentiveness made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Additionally, I appreciated the presence of a staff member at the main entrance, always ready to open the door for arriving and departing guests, which added a personal touch to my experience. The accommodations were spotless and well-appointed, meeting the standards of a 3-star hotel. I can confidently say that I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future whenever the opportunity arises.

The Hotel staff are very obliging, they make you feel you are a guest. it is boutique without the pretence and price. location is superb for first time Ho Chi Minh. ticks all boxes with being close to the main sites. spoilt for choice as far as eating close by to the hotel. And a great morning coffee available from 6.30 at Tam across the road. I’d like to keep this place as special for myself , but any traveller on a budget , and after a after very good value you won’t want to pass up on the Spring.

The construction work is still happening next door, but in a city like Ho Chi Minh , most of the city is under some sort of development most of the time. did not bother me as I am up early.

Great location, near city center but also its own nice neighborhood with good restaurants, etc. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Comfortable facilities. Good breakfast that you order the night before.

Just one thing: the walls are thin. Easy to hear even normal talking in the next room. If no one is staying there, then no problem.

Rooms are clean. It's in district one so airport is relatively close. Also the tour operators provide pick and drop so conveniently located.

The staff had a (fake?) smile on their face but were not really providing information (opinion of locals) to plan our day so they should really improve on it. To my surprise they did not provide complimentary tea/coffee sachets but provide electrical kettle. When asked about it, the lady at reception asked us to buy it from a supermarket. There are limited pocket friendly restaurants in the area. Mostly all are Japanese restaurants with couple of exceptions.

Central location, near to tourist areas but far enough away that it's not as noisy. Comfortable room, albeit a little dated, but I think that adds to the charm. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi router is located in every room so the internet was quite fast. The room and bathroom were clean. Very affordable. Overall an enjoyable stay.

A few minor issues, there was a small leak in the bathroom which caused the water from the shower to leak out into an external drain. Besides, one of the lights in the room was not working. The aircon was old and the vane did not open properly so we had to manually open it daily but the room was still cold overall. Additionally, there was only 1 wall outlet in the room so charging our devices was a little difficult. One of the rooms we booked also had a strong cigarette smell even though we had requested non-smoking rooms. In short, this hotel is old so there will definitely be a few things in need of repair. But in general, the room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Very impressed with friendly and accommodating staff throughout stay. No issues on late night arrival and v early departures. Hotel surprisingly quiet (perhaps due to three rooms being away from street and on first floor) considering mid city location less than 100m from main department stores, food courts and main hcmc streets. Will stay again and highly recommended. Rooms not high end hotel suites but well-sized and more than adequately provided with well-located aircons, comfortable beds, safes, hairdryers, etc. Quiet corridors at night.

Our family of 5 did not have any negative issues .

1. Decent room and comfortable bed. 2. Good location. 3. Friendly and helpful staff. I reached hotel few hours before my check-in time. They provided early check-in without any additional cost.

1. No soundproofing in the rooms. Fortunately not many people were staying in nearby rooms while I was there. 2. No buffet type system. You need to pre-select your choice on the night before. Only 1 veg option in breakfast.
