Nicely finished and decorated, tiling was really nice. Very clean, very thoughtful and friendly staff. Service was great. Good breakfast (would recommend the local dishes). Location was good to get into district 1.

Bit of a smell which we think might be from the drainage. The checkout procedures were not very clear, and took quite some time but this is minor. If you struggle with narrow stairs you may have issues getting up and down the floors, there is a lift but it’s very small. These points didn’t put us off due to our expectations of the city and we would stay again.

This hotel was in a great location, was spotlessly clean and the staff were fantastic. We were visiting family, so we knew the area from previous stays. It’s a great location, close to loads of bars and restaurants, but the hotel is set back from the road and we weren’t disturbed by noise at all. The staff were young and helpful.

I loved everything about our stay, but be aware that it is a boutique hotel and it’s small. There is a small open lift or else a steep flight of stairs.

Great location, only 5mins walk to downtown. surrounded by many restaurants from fine dining to street foods. Very new hotel with Indochine decorations. I love the mattress and pillow, so comfortable. they have a wine bar downstairs with good and valuable price wine, baristas made me an excellent cocktail. staffs very friendly and helpful, they show me all hidden corner surrounding. will recommend my friends. definitely I will come back.

Nice designed very new hotel, all clean and comfy, with exceptional friendly staff. The small side-lane is quiet in a lively surrounding with lots of restaurants. The hotel offers a good choice of breakfast as well, enjoyed my stay.

In general the building quality is good (as a builder) In the bathroom there is not many hanging opportunities but there is a hook for a towel. In my shower there is missing floor tile grout which will cause future problems if not fixed.

Overall, I had a great experience with the White Lotus Boutique Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. The bed was super comfy. The price was amazing. There was a cozy bar right at ground floor with beautiful cocktails and wine selection. There were great restaurants, within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay and location. We stayed 2 nights and had a lovely breakfast each morning. Near very nice restaurants and bars. The entire accommodation is only a year old so very clean and new. Great decor. Pho place on the corner is great and 5 min Grab car drive to district 1 (city centre)

The hotel ia quite new only open for few months so everything in the hotel is also new and very clean which I liked! Its great they offer breakfast at this price also!

I have switched room 3 times because of the noise but the reception was very helpful and let me switch which was nice. The bed was quite hard
