The staff were really lovely and I love that they actually live in the property which makes it a real Hoemstay to me. The breakfast had lots of options and delicious and the bed in my opinion was comfy. They also provide lots of different services and free bicycle which is super handy.

There is a slight damp smell in the room if you don’t air the room out but just get some fresh air in and you will be fine. The other thing that we got caught in a rain so couldn’t come back for 12am as we were trying to wait for the rain to pass and they locked the gates which meant we had to wake everyone up and felt really guilty. They made no problem of it at all but something to be mindful of you planning to be out later in Hoi an.

The bed was a bit noisy

We definitely recommend staying here when in hoi an! Our room was perfect with even a small balcony. The breakfast was also great where you could choose between various options such as egg and bread, pancakes and noodles. There were also various drinks included which you could order and tasted great! Otherwise there was also drinking water and bikes for free! The bikes are great for getting to the city and beach fast;) It is about a 20 min walk from the center but it’s very doable. The staff was also very friendly and helped us book our next bus destination which was at a very good price!

A very lovely family! Comfortable room, good breakfast and a good price. We were able to rent mopeds from them too which was easy and reasonably pricedx. Wi-Fi was decent for anyone trying work remotely or stream movies in the evening.

The walk in to town was slightly further than we would typically choose, but this is no fault of the property and nothing we didn’t know when we booked

Lovely family that offered a great breakfast and was located in a great spot, not too far from town and the old quarter but far enough that it's not too busy! They offered free bikes for cycling round which was an excellent way to adventure Hoi An They also gave great advice when the typhoon weather was due to hit and we felt very safe with them

This was a real homestay experience (not like the ones they called homestay but are in fact just guesthouses or some random rooms). The family was friendly and promptly assisted us very every time we needed anything. Our room was spotless and had a nice little balcony. The breakfast was a choice from the menu, it wasn’t a big but was good enough. The location is very good. This is within a residential area, 15 minutes walking to the centre. We really recommend and would come back if visiting Hoi an again.

There were very tiny ants in our room, some on top of the bed, on the floor and they gone inside our luggage. We told the family and they immediately came and changed the bed sheets and spread anti ants stuff. They were also very apologetic about that.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful family. The breakfast is tasty with great coffee. It was great to have bikes to get around the city as it is a most beautiful place. A nice homestay at a good price. It is in a quiet part of town so very peaceful at night.

We didn't have a view from the triple room. Not a problem for us.

The family was lovely and welcoming on every aspect! They helped us booking our bus to Hue and gave us free bikes to go to the city center, which is very close, super quick to arrive. We also rent their motorbike with a great price. Room was clean and cool!

Communicating is a bit complicated but nothing to worry about

Very warm , helpful family. Room was cleaned often enough , quiet location. A few minutes walk to a lovely cafe Rosie's, 15 minute stroll into the old town. Just practise opening the gate lock with key a few times first , as there is a little knack to it , rather than at midnight 😉

Hosts are welcoming and super friendly Breakfast every mornings was a game changer The room is big and clean Location is perfect, calm, between city centre and rice fields You can easily rent a motorbike to go around I will definitely recommend it to anyone who's travelling in Hoi An
