The hotel was very well presented, rooms were clean and beds we comfortable

There were small elements of the room design which could have made the stay even better. For example, we stayed in a 2 bedrooms duplex apartment with a spiral staircase which made it impossible to carry our suitcase to the top floor. More importantly, there were no storage or seatings available on the top room despite being a very large room with lots of floor space. This means we ended up having to navigate up and down the very narrow spiral stairs every time we needed something which was extremely inconvenient.

the location is brilliant, a short walk from the old quarter which feels safe even later, near some supermarkets if you need it. the staff were friendly and the hotel had free bikes which was great as it’s one flat cycle ride to the beach which we managed to fit in even though we thought we wouldn’t have time because you can take the bikes. it was exceptionally clean, and the pool facilities are beautiful - we had lunch there the day we arrived as well which was great. the room size was brilliant as well. the breakfast was also impressive - they had pastries, breads, fruits etc, but also Vietnamese pho options and an eggs station for omelettes etc

The hotel is newly built, it’s very clean. Staff is well trained, efficient and accommodating. Breakfast is fine, buffet style with Vietnamese and Western food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel. From the moment I stepped in, the staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The room was beautifully designed, offering modern amenities and a stunning view of the pool. The impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail really impressed me. The materials used in the refurbishing of the hotel and the soft furnishings are exceptional too and show the designer’s talent but also add to the overall experience and feel of the hotel. Throughout my stay, the service was extraordinary and the staff, especially Chloe and Sophia went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The rest of the service staff were also wonderfully helpful and always did their jobs with a smile. The hotel's facilities, such as the spa and the swimming pool, added to the overall experience. The delicious breakfast options surpassed my expectations and I indulged in a variety of mouthwatering dishes. I can't praise this hotel enough for providing a truly memorable and delightful stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch accommodation experience in Hoi An. This hotel is a must if you visit Vietnam!

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

The staff at Delicacy were exemplary in their care and attention to detail. I could wax lyrical for several paragraphs, but suffice to say this was the best of all nine places we stayed at during our Vietnam travels. I would return in a heartbeat. The facilities are great and the personal welcome, excellent pre-arrival communication and follow up all felt authentic- you can tell the staff are exceedingly passionate about this wonderful establishment. It deserves to be success since the hard work and dedication of the team is clear from the beginning to the end of the experience. The pool was lovely and the spa treatment I had was superb too!

Having to leave! Seriously, I can’t think of anything to dislike about this beautiful hotel.

Best hotel we have been to in Vietnam! It’s intimate, well designed and the hospitality of the staff is really next level. Special shout-out to Dora who was always ready to give tips and start a small conversation during breakfast. Also the fact that the general manager Sophia was very often on the workfloor gives a true sense of wellbeing and being noticed as a guest (they know your first name as from day one). Many more staff we could mention (also staff who were really forthcoming in arranging (free) bikes). In Short, the staff really made our stay memorable!

Nothing worth mentioning

My stay at the Delicacy Hotel was seamless and tranquil. The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, with attention to detail. The freestanding bath was huge and very luxurious with high quality toiletries. I slept very well - bed and bedding were both of very high quality and felt wonderfully new and fresh. The breakfast at the hotel was presented really nicely and felt very fresh and well made, with lots of options for all eaters. I liked that you could dine inside or outside - both areas were a good size; not too small and not too vast either. The room service menu had a huge number of options and the food was very tasty. The laundry service was unbelievably quick and really high quality. I had a fantastic massage in the very serene spa area, the setting was peaceful and the masseuse was very skilled. I absolutely loved the free bicycle service. The town is a short bike ride away, on an easy-to-ride straight road (and the traffic feels much less hectic when you are riding in the flow!). Biking to An Bang beach through the picturesque rice fields was a big highlight for me too, it was one of my favourite beaches in all of Vietnam. Most notably all the staff, from front of house, to service to the housekeepers were unwaveringly attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth and memorable as possible. I really appreciated that they remembered my name, it felt like a very personalised stay. Chloe was especially kind, thoughtful and helpful.

If I was really nit-picking, I personally didn't like the pool location so much. It's a really stunning design though as the centre of the hotel (open air, with the hotel building in a C shape around it), its overlooked by all the rooms and the restaurant.

Everything! First of all Shout out to Victor, who handled our bags efficiently from the moment we stepped out of our taxi! Shout out to Dora!!, front desk receptionist, greeted us with such a warm, genuine, kind attitude/smile. She quickly brought us a lovely tropical drink and a cold hand towel which refreshed us 100%. Her English was great as she proceeded to give us some close by dinner options with a fantastic map of Hoi An including historic district. The room we had was amazing! This entire property was is very new and the rooms are extremely clean along with bathrooms being extremely new.and clean. Floors are immaculate! Everything you see in the pictures are exactly what you get. Shout out to Sophia!! hotel GM, who keeps this entire hotel moving like a fine machine.she checked in on us DAILY ! She handled our issues with such professionalism and sensitivity. I can't say enough about the ENTIRE staff who all have a smile on their face and really want to make your stay in Hoi An a memorable one. If you chose to stay at the Delicacy Hotel and Spa, the rooftop bar is something you cannot miss!!! They have happy hour, and the view is breathtaking! Especially at sunset. We also took advantage of the Spa which included a facial and foot massage. Amazing! and the ladies there took such care of us. We enjoyed the Delicacy Hotel and Spa sooo much we added 2 more nights to our original 2 night stay. Worth every penny!!! Also shout out to one of the supervisors, Hawaiian shirt and tennis! He consistently checked in on us and asked if we lacked anything. Job well done by all! I'm referring all my peeps to visit this lovely hotel and of course I will return as well.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We have stayed in many different hotels throughout our trip to Vietnam and Thailand, and this has by far been the best one. The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. They knew our names before we had even arrived. They were very helpful with recommendations of things to do in Hoi An and organised a tour for us to Ba Na Hills, which was all sorted and organised without us having to stress at all. The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful. We were offered an upgrade for a very small price to a beautiful room. The pool was lovely also. We really didn’t want to leave this hotel, we loved it so much. Thank you to Chloe especially for looking after us.

Couldn’t fault it.

Wow what an amazing experience this hotel offers, from its decadent interior and rooms to the delicious food and drinks served. The hotel rooms and beds were extremely comfortable and luxurious, we also got offered to upgrade our room for a small charge per night if we wished and were shown both rooms by the hotel manager Sofia. Sofa and all of the staff were extremely professional, friendly and genuinely cared about all the guests. The free bikes and delicious welcome drinks is such a lovely touch, nothing is to big an ask for the staff at this hotel. Lovely pool area, spa and outdoor eating areas and a rooftop bar! Excellent customer service with very happy staff, we will be back again soon. Thank you for the amazing job you are all doing to make this hotel wonderful, I hope you are all valued greatly by the hotel management
