Honestly this was the best hotel we have been to during our 3 week journey in Vietnam (writing this while already 1 week back home). The manager (lady) and staff are just perfect and so kind, they help you with everything immediately (transport tickets, tour tickets, tailor, restaurant and etc - all for a good/better price), great breakfast where you can pick up to 2 foods from several options, both vietnamese and "international" (I could not pick between 3-4 options so they brought me all of them to try), room was super clean and equipment new, location is pretty close to the city center and everything important in Hoi An, but still in a quiet street with no noise. Just amazing.

I stay in this Villa for 2 days. The owner and the staff are so helpful and kind. They will keep in touch with you through Whatsapp so that everything goes smoothly. The atmosphere and environment is so amazing👍🏻 The room we stay is as same as the picture that you seen in booking.com. The location is so so so good. Walking distance to the Ancient Oldtown and bicycle is provided by the Villa as free. You must try the breakfast that have been prepared especially the local food,it tastes delicious 🤭

My stay at Square Villa Hoi An was absolutely delightful. The villa is located in a quiet area yet within walking distance to the Old Town, making it the perfect base to explore the charm of Hoi An. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely balcony, offering a serene spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The villa's elevator was a convenient feature, especially for carrying luggage or after a long day. The staff at Square Villa truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor were a highlight of my visit. They even offered cheaper rates for taxis and tours when booked directly through the hotel, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast deserves special mention – not only were the portions generous, but the cost was very reasonable, providing excellent value for money. There are also great restaurants and spas nearby, making dining and relaxation options incredibly convenient. Square Villa Hoi An would suit both couples and families looking for a peaceful yet centrally located accommodation option. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hoi An!

I can’t speak highly enough about my stay at Square Villa! Everything was perfect. The rooms were excellent. The staff were great. They were attentive and knowledgeable. The location was perfect. Central for everything but on a quiet street. When I got food poisoning from a restaurant they made me a nice rice porridge and the best ginger tea I have ever tasted. The breakfast they provided was delicious every time. I felt safe and taken care of at the Square Villa. Even after we left and ended our stay at square villa they went above and beyond and helped us with anything we needed. Also, they do have a nice elevator. I would say Square Villa has been the most thoughtful, safe, and accommodating experience I have har in Vietnam. If I ever come back I would stay again and I will be recommended them to everyone I know!

Everything was perfect!

This hotel was the best one we had in our entire 10-day trip to Vietnam! The 2-bedroom suite that I booked for the 4 of us was very spacious & so was the bathroom! Our room was always immaculately clean. Too bad that there was a heat wave ongoing as it would have been nice to hang around in the balcony. The entire hotel was well kept and it is a walkable distance to the Ancient Old Town. The owner, Hoan was very accommodating and attentive to our needs especially with the other things we still wanted to see or do in Hoi An. Breakfast was always good and juices were freshly squeezed and not canned and she even accommodated us for an early breakfast at 6:30 since we were going to Ba Na Hills early. Highly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed! Thank you for a very memorable stay!

Square villa is the best hotel in Hội An. It is the second time we stay at Square Villa. The room always be clean, cozy. They always take care and redecorate for the rooms. The room is full of amenities, free water, coffee, tea. The beb is very comfortable. Everywhere in Square are tidy and clean. All Television is smart TV, just in five star hotels in Hội An. The breakfast is really delicious with many signature local foods which are order from famous family local foods in Hội An. The Western foods have many choice, we love bana pancake, salad... They have elevator for guest from now. The staffs are so kind, they can help you everything. They will help you to book all tours, pickup service with the cheapest price but best quality. The cooking class is amazing. The spa next door will disount for customers who stay at SquareVilla, really nice. We wish we could stay there more longer. We definitely comeback Square Villa.

Our stay at Square Villa Hoi An was absolutely delightful! The rooms are beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail, making the space feel warm and inviting. The hosts were truly exceptional—so friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond to help us arrange tours and transfers, ensuring our trip was seamless. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Square villa is really nice hotel. It is one of the best hotel in Hội An. The room is really really nice and clean. The beb is also comfortable. The bathroom is so large and water so good. The breakfast is really delicious with many choice. It we always cheaper than you go outside breakfast, 2 foods and 2 drinks per person. The pick up service and tour always cheaper than you book at Agency. The staff is so kind and help you all things. We see they take car another guest with ginger tea when they have digestive problem . Especially, They will have a new elevator in September. It is so amazing. They recommend us the Tailor and Spa so nice.

- Excellent breakfast, you can choose up to two dishes per person (and that's a lot). Best banana pancakes we had in Vietnam. They have typical food from Hoi An, or more continental if you prefer. - Very helpful and friendly staff, don't hesitate to ask them if you need to book anything (trips, shows) because they have discounts. - Quiet room because it's on a quiet street. I am sensitive to noise and did not even have to wear earplugs. - Laundry service was cheap, efficient and well made. They lost a sock though. - Location was perfect, 5-10 minutes walk from center, you can ride bikes for free even though they are a bit rusty. They do the job well.

- The ventilation might be better especially in the bathroom as the ceiling tends to get moldy.

We had the double suite that was basically a his and hers apartment. Ideal for couples who like a bit of space and downtime. Comfortable soft beds. Great aeathetics. Matches the pictures. Good location, no issues with drainage in the showers, and a lovely reception team. Ample storage space, working safe, refreshed ammenities and room service. Laundry was prompt and efficient. Location is really really good. Right next to old town, easy to access everything. Also, make sure to try the burger joint accross the road, she has the best Cao Lau in the town it was to die for.

Netflix was only on the tv in the right room, not the left. Also the toilets are very squished in, so for larger bodies that might be a challenge. Stairs only at this hotel, except for the luggage lift. So you won't have to lug your luggage up, just your body. If you have issues with knees or stairs this may present a problem. Sometimes it was quite noisy. Do yourself a favour and invest in loops earplugs for sleeping, as they will eliminate any noise issues.
