Great place to stay to see all the things and experience the top attractions of Hoi An! The host is super kind and responsive. She helped us book a car to Da Nang that was cheaper than Grab and also offered help with other things like car to Hoi An, tours, affordable tailor that won't rip you off. During our travels in Vietnam, the showers in places have been inconsistent in cleanliness and function, but the shower and bathroom here was really nice! We happened to stay during the monthly full moon festival and got to walk to the popular area and back. As two women traveling, we felt really safe and had fun!

One thing to note that we already knew was there is no elevator on the property but we had available help to bring our luggage up and everything was super clean and peaceful.

First of all I would like to thank the family of this homestay for all there kindness and help after my partner had a fall on wet tiles and hurt her back they were very helpful thank you.....this home is excellent huge room with everything you needed tv kettle hairdryer toiletries ours had a big balcony over looking the garden great position within easy walking distance of. All hoi ans attractions airport transfer at a very good price we would recommend this homestay to all and would definitely go back again....10/10

The location is amazing, right next to the old town. Many restaurants and coffee shops around. The staff was very helpful, organized transportation, and was very inviting. The room was big, with very comfortable bed, and big shower. It had a fridge, kettle, and water bottles. It also had air conditioning.

It is a homestay, so don't expect a hotel lobby etc. But it's still very convenient nonetheless.

A lovely couple run this homestay, the rooms are clean, spacious and have a great shower! They provided us with lots of helpful information about things to do and what to avoid. As we were traveling with motorbikes they even helped us find a mechanic to service the bikes at a reasonable price. The price for the location is pretty unbeatable for the area, with old town being right on the door step.

Fantastic location, about 5 minute walk to Old Town down one road! Super nice family runs this place that will help you with anything (although I’m sure you already know this by reading other reviews). The room was so big and clean with a great washroom/shower. Fantastic value!

The only thing to be aware of is that the room doors are made of frosted glass, which made our room quite bright when neighbours have their room lights on at night. Nothing an eye mask can’t fix.

Run by a lovely and helpful couple. Rooms were clean and quiet, towels new. Great location with lots of eating options nearby. Laundry service was very helpful. We had to change our plans suddenly and owners gave us a free ride to the train station. Pet iguana was cool for our kids.

Very friendly and responsible hosts! They were very helpful and gave many advice, helped with cab from Da Nang airport and also with bus to Hanoi. I had a great time! Will definitely come back again. And also a solo traveler I felt safe and secure. And the location is super!

The hoi a town of Viet house was a fantastic place to stay, we stayed for 8 nights, the owners are very friendly and helped us with our stay in hoi an..the location is great, the rooms are big and clean, I would definitely stay there again, I highly recommended staying here..

This small hotel in Hoi An was an amazing stay! It is a 5 min walk to the markets on the river, and there are amazing restaurants all around it. The host was very personable and accommodated my every need. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Very close and convenient when walking around the old town, clean, comfortable, airy, near famous specialty restaurants. The host is enthusiastic and friendly. Here, there are very detailed and clear sightseeing services, introductions and instructions for tours and entertainment attractions. Should stay here to learn about Hoi An
