It is 20 minutes walk to the city center, so it’s quite close but still quiet. The room was nice and bright. Room service is available every day upon request. In general we felt comfortable and had a good time.

The wifi was slow and spotty. Many of the pictures on the listing are misleading: the hotel doesn’t look that they pictures they show. The surrounding are not like this (there is no garden) and the breakfast was poor and no variety. Basically, they only offered eggs for breakfast. Also, they offered bike renting, but it wasn’t available. Some of the staff are not very friendly and they don’t speak good English, but the girl of the reception is friendly and available to help.

The rooms were lovely and made up every day, if you wanted. We had 5 rooms and they were all nice with mini fridges. We loved having a pool and the outside sitting area. The hotel had motor bikes to hire directly off them for 150k per day or 30k for a bicycle. It's close enough to walk to Old Town but it's also hot, so we mostly went on motorcycle or took a Grab which was about 30k each time. Don't take the taxis or bikes, they're just a ripoff unless the taxi is metered. The breakfast included was nice also, mostly eggs done 4 ways, fresh fruit, pancakes and toast and for drinks, tea, coffee, cordial and water. You could order some food there on request, and cocktails in the afternoon, but we food it easy to order food via the Grab app if we were sitting around the pool. To find the hotel on Grab or Google maps though, it was called the Golden Bell Boutique Hotel, so the name just might be slightly different.

The bath plug would flip and cover over too easy, so it would fill when you're trying to shower and the bath is curved, so you're feet were just at a funny angle, but that's it. We loved this hotel and Hoi An in general

Location isn't in the town centre but Still close to the beaches (10 minutes bike/grab) and also only 10-15 into ancient town. The rooms are so nice and the bath was dreamy.

No water in the room and they don't sell any either and make sure if you ask for laundry just make sure they fold it for you afterwards (ask them beforehand) also breakfast was pretty poor for vegans but minus all those things a great place!!

In general everything was fine, the place was clean and had good internet connection.

Hotel is around 20 minutes walk from the old quarter but late night it gets really dark around, especially in the last street just before the hotel. Also the staff was pretty hard to find 😅 There was no one when I arrive to check in and every time then it was hard to find someone who could help

Lovely place just out the of the old town but in walking distance (10 mins). Our room was nicely furnished, the bathroom in particular. The breakfast was probabaly the best hotel inclusive we have had since travelling south east Asia or the USA. Pancakes, toast, eggs, fruit, coffee, juice. Nothing massively fancy but very tasty! The manager always smiley and welcoming to us and let me use the computer briefly. Can hire cycle bikes and motor bikes or hire tours.

It wasn't the cleanest place we have been in. Generally OK but felt the room was due a deep clean. Fridge smelt when opened, clump of hair by the shower drain, and cobwebs on the shower head. But nothing that put us off completely! They are currently plastering and painting the kitchen/reception but did this so it didn't disturb us at all.

Hotel was in a good location 10 min walk to old town and the room was very big and clean. it was perfect for our stay we really enjoyed our time here

Breakfast was 7-10 1st day breakfast - good. Today we we seated for breakfast at 9:20 (same as yesterday) but all the breakfast was gone? staff cleaned so I asked about b-fast. they said “we are finished” I said it’s not 10 yet? they they proceeded to take all the food out again and serve us. B-fast was included in the price so this was not good service.

The hotel is clean and quite good location as it is in front of the field and I also have motorbike so it is the good one. But then nothing is impressive except the price

No staff around when I was there, I have to wait for a while for them to comeback. It may be their off season so this can be understandable.

Great value for money. I don’t understand the reviews saying this place isn’t perfect for the money, for the price it’s fantastic value. The breakfast is basic but tasty and fresh. Great spacious rooms with good bathrooms and loads of plug sockets. Nice little balcony too. Lovely team of people working there and a short 10-15 minute walk to the old town.

It was a nice place, not too expensive and it's quiet out from the rush of the old town. The place mi g t need a bit of maintenance but it is very comfortable, quiet and staff is amazing. Staff helped me to get a motorbike, and the transfer to the airport is cheaper than the grab rates.

It was fine.. I would not recommend the bicycles from there . They are absolutely destroyed
