The location was convenient, close to the river and the old town. The staff was really nice and gave tips on what to do in Hoi an, where and what to eat, etc. and even gave me a plate of fruit at my arrival. You can also book tours through them. Always helpful and smiling 😊 The room was very pretty and spacious, I didn't expect to see plants in the room I was pleasantly surprised! It was decorated with taste, I liked it. They also prepare it and put some cute decoration on your bed before you arrive. They ask you everyday if you want your room cleaned, and if you do they refill the tea/coffee and change your towels etc. Overall charming hotel with kind staff, I would recommend if you stay in Hoi an 👍🏽

I couldn't figure out how to switch the shower head to the hand shower, so it was not really convenient when I only wanted to wash my body and not my hair. I could hear the rooms next to mine, I think it was their bathroom, so it was not exactly soundproof

Lee, the owner is the most genuinely helpful and thoughtful host! He arranged for us pick up from Danang and drop off to the airport for a reasonable price, and helped us rent bikes which were delivered to the property early morning as we have requested. Excellent service and the room was unexpectedly very clean! He provided us a really good overview of the town and amazing food and massage recommendations. We also availed of the laundry services and he made sure that it gets to us early in the morning of the day we were leaving. Also, the pool is a great! and the location is really central and very walkable to and from the places we wanted to visit.

We booked a standard queen room and unfortunately, it was too small for two people. I think for a single person, the standard room would be perfect, but for two people and luggages, it is very small and quite uncomfortable. We saw the other rooms though and they looked very spacious. We requested to change to a bigger room on our second day, however, all the rooms were occupied that day.

Such a warm and friendly welcome after a long trip to get to Hoi An. Lee and his family were so kind and made my room available quickly. They advised about the area and suggested places to visit. The hotel is ideally located for all the sights and night market. After an early morning trip, they even made a late breakfast for me on my return. If I am lucky enough to visit Hoi An again, I will definitely stay at this lovely place. Thank you Lee and family

It was an amazing stay! As I checked in Lee, the owner, gave me the map with the main places to visit. Recommended a massage salon. And overall gave a lot of advice about the town. And there were flowers with the letters of my name on the bed when I checked in the room! Thank you! Location of the hotel is very good. Strong WiFi. Comfortable room and bed. Several types of lights in the room. AC works perfectly. There was my birthday during my stay. Lee prepared a birthday cake with good wishes on it! Thank you so much! I felt so welcomed in this place! Definitely recommend

I cannot rate this accommodation enough, Mr Lee and his family made me feel so comfortable and at home. The location is great, you can wander around the centre and easily go back to your accommodation. The room was so clean and comfortable. The family and staff decorated my bed for Christmas and made me feel so special. Breakfast was also delicious. The bathroom is spacious and clean, with nice touches, such as robes, house shoes and toiletries. The family also have very cute children who wave and smile, even blew me a kiss. I had a kettle, water, tea, coffee and pretty mugs in my room. The owner also offers a laundry service inhouse, the bags are in the room and I had all my laundry, washed, dried and smelling great for 40k a kilo. It was raining during my stay and Mr Lee carried my bag and met me with an umbrella. The next day he lent me an umbrella. I loved my stay here and I was very sad to leave. This was my favourite stay in Vietnam!! 10 plus

Nothing - it was perfect

Lee welcomed me and offered to carry my bag up to my room (up three flights of stairs). The accommodation was modern and clean and in a perfect location within easy walking distance to the ancient town, night markets, good tailors/leather shops etc. Lee arranged bike rental for me and the bike ride out to A Bang beach was quick and easy. Breakfast was great - recommend the banana pancakes. Lee also arranged a taxi which was slightly cheaper than the standard Grab rate. Pool was nice and refreshing too. I had an amazing time here and would come back.

Location is amazing and the people who run are so helpful & kind. They even waited up for us to check in at 2am after our sleep arrived early. We booked a cooking class through them - which was great! & used the bikes to explore the rice paddy fields

It was all great, worth noting we didn’t know that breakfast would come at a charge, I think we just assumed as we were asked each morning what option we wanted that it was included.

Lee and his staff are amazing. He is genuinely so caring and upon arrival sits down to help plan your stay in Hoi An and offers lots of recommendations. There’s freshly cooked breakfast each morning (several options on the menu) and there’s unlimited filtered water for guests. The shower has strong water pressure and hot water. Everything is very clean and they offer to clean your room daily. The internet is reliable, but not suitable for video calls. He also has the largest koi fish I have ever seen. The location is perfect - quiet and away from the tourist centre, but close to enough to walk.
