It was located in a very good place. About five minutes walk into the old town but just slightly far enough so it’s not too noisy. The staff were extremely friendly and had a lot of good tips for a tours. They were very nice to us and especially my two-year-old daughter. Laundry was very easy and getting anything organized was exceptional. There are flexible and upgraded us, and also organize all our tours and our transfers. Free bikes to use as well.

A bit unfortunate for them, but there is a club next-door which sometimes plays until 2 AM. However, if you have earplugs, it is fine. We are also upgraded to the top floor, which was a quieter room. For that we cannot fault the property!

Firstly the staff were super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was very nice , clean and comfy . location was very close to town.

Sadly there’s a horrible nightclub that’s adjoining to the hotel, that goes on till 2/3am every night. For that reason they can not sell the rooms which are connected to the wall of the club. So the hotel is slowly loosing out on money in peak times. We only stayed one night and they gave us a refund for the rest of the nights we were booked. We felt really sorry for them. Hence why this isn’t a bad review on the hotel itself.

The villa was cozy and beautiful, the room was very spacious, clean and new :) We love the small balcony that has stools provided and we could sit there and enjoy the river view and watch sunrise. Staffs were friendly and helpful :) They helped us to take out the bike in the early morning so we could cycling around the quiet ancient town in sunrise.

As the villa is located next to a night club thus we could hear the music a little at night when it is quiet. It's not too disturbing for us and we manage to sleep at night. It would be good if there is another English speaking receptionist, but with the online translator, we managed to communicate with the non-English speaking receptionist. Weather in June is very hot thou.

The property has the most perfect location. It’s close enough to be able to walk to the Hoi An ancient town easily, but it’s far enough for the crowds to not reach you there. The property is very well managed and a very comfortable stay for the price. Extremely value for money. Thắm was very nice she recommended restaurants and shops for us to go to and booked a car for us to go to Ba Na Hills after our stay. The property is also beside a very good (although low key) Thai restaurant which serves the most amazing Thai food and has a club right beside it if you want to have a quick meal or a late night. Breakfast had 3 options which was adequate for us. The property also had bicycles we could take out for a stroll around the ancient town, one of the best experiences in Hoi An!

Our balcony door didn’t close properly and we couldn’t lock it which was an inconvenience when we were going out or sleeping in

Small hotel in a good location in a quieter part by the river. Everything is nearby, restaurants, sights, shops. The staff at the reception, especially Thu Thu, is extremely kind, dear, she does everything to make the guest feel good. She organized all the excursions for us, which we only asked how to wanted to see, she organized it with ease, the taxi is no problem whatever, and we paid at the end. Really an extremely wonderful girl.

just a recommendation, the towels are old and have lost their color so they look as if they are dirty, it would not be bad to buy new ones. And water in the room is not charged.

Que virgo villa situated on Thu Bon river,i stayed here for three nights at their river view room.the location is great,not only close to the river,but also close to the night market and old town of Hoi An.staffs here attentive,provided five star service,Thu is great,during the stay,she gave many useful info to me,even helped me to take photos with the villa.the room is big,with a balcony,though i dont have many time to spend at the balcony,still enjoy the nice river view here once.bathroom is clean,the facilities complete,with aircon,fridge,TV,toiletries…i love its TV,can watch some local channels. breakfast delicious,there are three options,i tried all of them,like banh mi with eggs,Quang noodles,beef soup noodles,i like both noodles,very tasty,both are typical central Vietnamese cuisine.i had good sleep during the stay,the place is quiet,though they are undergoing renovations in the day time,but ok for me,cuz always go out for exploring the old town after breakfast.i want to recommend Que virgo villa to those who want to stay close to the old town of Hoi An and night market.the room price is reasonable,and the Thu Bon river view is nice,you will enjoy your holiday while staying here.

The room was lovely, the staff were very eager to help out in any way. The location was nice as it was away from the busy areas but still walking distance away. breakfast is available, we had pancakes which were great. There were bikes to borrow for free too. Would definitely come back again

It is next to a nightclub which I didn't have any issues sleeping but a light sleeper may. The bikes were super useful to be able to hire for free but we did have some issues when riding them

The location was really convenient, 10 minutes walk from the old town and we didn't hear the noise of the city. They upgraded us to a larger and more spacious room, it was cozy, clean and they changed water and towels every day. One of the women at the desk was very nice, explained to us where to go around Hoi An and gave us tips. We rented a motorbike through the hotel for 150,000 dong for one day. And we did laundry for 45,000 dong per kilo.

The location is perfect right on the river and a short walk to the night market area. There's lots of bars and restaurants but you are just away from the noise and hustle and bustle to not be disturbed. Also a short walk over the bridge to the ancient town. Hotel staff are so welcoming on arrival and will organise anything for you. The hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. Fantastic price!

The location is great, within walking distance of the historic center, and there are bicycles available to ride around the city, which was a great bonus. the staff is very kind and attentive and welcomed us very well. The breakfast is very basic, with only 3 options to choose from, but it served us well. the bed is extremely comfortable and the cleaning was impeccable

The noise from the building next door was a bit annoying, and the room's acoustics are not very good, as you can clearly hear the room next door.
