Beautiful flower filled garden and amazing pretty pool

We had a bit of a struggle with our breakfast which is prepaid for. It finishes at 9am which for us was difficult as the kids were really jet lagged. Initially we missed breakfast entirely as reception had told us a finish time of 9.30am. No concessions were made they didn’t even offer to make us a coffee we were just bluntly told ‘finished’ and we had to go elsewhere and pay for breakfast again. The staff weren’t unpleasant some really nice some not so…….but could be a bit more friendly and perhaps offer help to book trips / taxis etc? Also it’s worth noting that due to the height of the tides there is no beach for a large portion of the day

The pool was great, rooms are very spacious too. The unlimited breakfast of choice/buffet (depending on how many customers they have each day) is done well enough. Right in the center of a whole stretch full of restaurants and bars.

The beach front in the windy season might not be favorable. (It's not something I didn't like, it's just for consideration if you are in Mui Ne solely for beach time!)

The restaurant was great and buffet breakfast just amazing … the fresh juices and fresh coffees were fabulous too. The location on the beach is just gorgeous. Eating in the restaurant, sitting on the verandah and swimming in the pool you can always here and see the water. The staff helped us out when needed and we’re always friendly.

Beach access Stumbling distance to beach

No kettle. A flask is provided with hot water but it's lukewarm the following morning when I want to make myself a cup of tea. Beach is limited to walk at high tide. It's blocked a few meters on either side by breakers or massive sandbags.

The location right in the beach and the garden with pool is lovely.

Shame that they claim to be sustainable travel level 1 but there is no option to opt out of room cleaning and they only have single use plastic water and no drinking water dispenser. Also use plastic straws. So they don’t practice what they preach…. Goes to show that the sustainable travel program booking.com implemented is not reliable at all… :-(

The resort is right on the beach. They have done such a great job with the gardens, it helps to hide many of rooms and create a sense of privacy. We stayed in the Deluxe double room with a sea view, which has a big wooden balcony and is just a couple of meters away from the sea. We spent most of our time on the balcony, reading and soaking up the sea. The sea was wonderfully loud and we left our room doors open most of the time. They also have a beautiful pool for those who prefer swimming in a pool to the sea. We ate most of our meals at their restaurant and we were so impressed. The food is really good and good value for money. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. They make the eggs, omelets etc to order. Definitely try the banana pancake with chocolate sauce, it was awesome😎 Their banana fritters with chocolate sauce is also to die for. The chefs in the kitchen are doing a great job👏 We travelled with our dog and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We have already made a reservation to go back in December. If you are looking for a seaside stay that is chilled with good food, then this is the place for you. Thank you for giving us such a great stay Full Moon!

trees, sea and beach, charming and intimiste

breakfast stops at 9:00. very early for vacations. would be good to have it extended until 10:00. the beach chair would be nice on the beach instead of being all on the terrasse

The resort is quite beautiful and it's right on the beach. Our room was so close to the water. The brekkie was ok and the pool was really nice. Fairly quote, mainly families. Relaxed vibe

The facilities were quite run down. The hot water was unreliable and the spa bath didn't work at all. The room was generally tired and in need of sprucing!

Gorgeous little hotel with great chill vibes. The thatched roof of the buildings and the beautiful pool surrounded by lush gardens make it a perfect oasis right by the beach. Great job done by the team looking after the garden. The villa is lovely, clean, not luxurious but beautifully furnished. Breakfast is very nice with lots of choice and the team is very helpful. Having meals or drinks facing the ocean was very special. I would definitely stay again.

The bathrooms of the villa could do with an upgrade.

Upon arrival we were unsure about how good our location was in comparison to other hotels, we soon realised we were in perfect location! Not in the busiest part of the street but an easy 10 minute walk into the main area. We thought the rooms being deep cleaned every day was a lovely touch, even a candle being lit. The restaurant was delicious, the pho a particular stand out. The pool was also great!

There wasn’t a lot of soundproofing done for the rooms so you could unfortunately hear everything that was being said and it became quite noisy if guests were walking past and speaking. Not a huge issue though!
